My Experience with XC Market (XC / X CE) – Trader Beware

I want to share my experience with XC Market so other traders can make informed decisions.

I traded on XC Market’s vai MT5 platform, fully following their published rules. Their own Terms define scalping as trades held under 5 minutes, and I fully accept that such trades can be cancelled. However, a large portion of my profits came from trades held well beyond 5 minutes, which clearly comply with their policy.

Despite this:

All my trades were executed, accepted, and recorded by their system without any warning or restriction.

Only after my account reached ~USD 60,000 in profit and I submitted withdrawal requests did XC Market suddenly withhold my funds.

They later claimed this was to “protect my capital” or due to internal liquidity issues—neither of which is stated in their Terms.

This feels like profits are allowed to accumulate, but withdrawals are blocked once the amount becomes significant. Internal liquidity or operational issues should never be pushed onto clients after trades are completed.

After facing this issue, I researched further and found multiple similar complaints from other traders describing the same pattern. I was also concerned to learn that XC Market appears not to be licensed or regulated in the UAE, despite servicing UAE-based clients.

At this point, I am still seeking:

Release of profits from compliant trades, or

A transparent, trade-by-trade explanation supported by MT5 logs

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend XC Market. Transparency, good faith, and honoring published terms are the bare minimum traders should expect from a broker.

If you’re considering trading with XC Market, do your due diligence and proceed with extreme caution.

Na szczęście zawsze jestem o krok do przodu. Rozumiem związane z tym ryzyko i mam plan, jak sobie z nim poradzić.
dywersyfikuj swoje inwestycje tak samo, jak opcje randkowe. Ta firma zbankrutuje swoich inwestorów.

Ich habe 2017 auch die 250 investiert. Da man auch mir mit mehr Investitionen empfohlen hat und ich dem nicht nachgekommen bin hat man mein Account geschlossen. Jetzt nach 8 Jahren schreibt mich ein Herr Paul Baller an und möchte mir 410000 auf ein verifiziert es Wallet auszahlen. Kann nur Fake sein.

Ich habe schon vor langer Zeit etwas Geld in diese Firma investiert, in der Hoffnung, ein zweites Einkommen zu haben...
Aber wie sie sagten, ich verlor alles auf "Pech" und verlor alles wegen eines Marktcrashs...
Nach einigen Nachforschungen habe ich gesehen, dass es so etwas wie einen Marktabsturz zu der Zeit nicht gab, mir wurden komplett falsche und kontrollierte Preise von ihnen gezeigt.
Vor ein paar Monaten hatte ich mit Hilfe von finanzst(punkt)com das Glück, jeden Cent zurückzubekommen.
Ich bin ihnen wirklich dankbar.
Finger weg von Xmarkets und versuchen, einige Hilfe mit dem Unternehmen, das ich erwähnt zu bekommen.

Richard Levinsky and Julian Hunt, if that is their real names, took over £6000 from me in late 2018 for their alleged trades with their company XMarkets, which obviously never happened. They also provided me with a '3 month plan', which required a further £10K, that I would not pay. Once they knew I was not providing more funds they stopped any form of communication with me. Soon after this their website went down. About a year later I received a phone call from a 'Recovery Company' who said they knew that I had lost money with XMarkets and mentioned the two names i.e. Richard Levinsky and Julian Hunt, saying that they were bad people. The recovery company wanted money to investigate for me and to get back my money, but as I had not told anyone about my stupidity with XMarkets, it was clear that it was a further con by Richard Levinsky and Julian Hunt to steal more money from me.

They are not professional service provider. Disappointed.

They make you think you are making money to keep "depositing "then they won't let you withdraw . Then they will tell you that you have to pay some percentage and service fees and some other garbage . the truth here is all these were things that i was orientated about by official professionals. write them on info[at]edgrecovery to stay guided

Lehrgeld bezahlt und eine Erfahrung reicher
Am 10.04.2018 habe ich 250,00 € eingezahlt. Da ich keinerlei Erfahrungen auf diesem Gebiet habe, wollte ich den eingezahlten Betrag sofort wieder zurück überwiesen haben. Dazu ist eine Identifizierung
auf der Plattform notwendig, die ich auch tat. Am 22.05. 2018 wurde die Auszahlung genehmigt, doch bis heute nicht getätigt, mit diversen Entschuldigungen....Wie zB. diese:
"Sehr geehrte Frau J.
wir wollen Ihnen mitteilen dass die Finanzabteilung immer noch daran arbeitet.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die Verzögerung."

Das war am 27.06.2018. 250,00 € Lehrgeld bezahlt, nun ja....?
Wie lange das nun noch dauert und überhaupt..., ich weiß es nicht.
Daher mein Vorschlag, Finger davon lassen.
Heute ist der 27.05.2019. Ich habe es aufgegeben.

Betrügerfirma, Zugang ist gesperrt, Supports nicht zu erreichen, Hotline nicht mehr zu erreichen.

Aus meiner Sicht sind es Betrüger und Abzocker! Vorsicht nie Geld einzahlen!

Schlechte bis gar keine Beratung weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail
erreichbar. Kein Auszahlung möglich. Totaler Betrug.

I want you to stay away from these people. Xmarkets stole 14.000 dollars that I have been saving for years for retirement. After I let them go on my computer for 500EUR as to the first payment to my trading account I forgot to close down my TeamViewer and somehow they took all my from creditcard!!! It was 14,000.

When I realised that It was too late. Bank said they can not help me. I was really desperate. Found several allegedly chargeback firms which wanted to charge me every time.

On the net i found about this fraudsquad department from UK which I contacted through contact(at)fraudpolice(dot)co(dot)uk explained them my situation and after a 2 week time they were able to discover everything and most important do me chargeback. After government and transfer fees I got 88% of my funds which is more that good.

I warn you to be carefull and if needed contact UK fraud police to help you out. Thank you!

Kann ebenfalls nur bestätigen, dass ich nach Anmeldung direkt Anrufe von Drittanbietern erhalten habe. Hatte das Thema erstmal ruhen gelassen und bin froh nichts weiter unternommen zu haben. Finger weg!

ACHTUNG !!! Xmarkets habe Ich ausprobiert und schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die haben meine Daten einfach an Dritte und Vierte weiter gegeben und jetzt ist auf keiner Email Adresse oder Rufnummer mehr wer zu erreichen. Die Emails kommen alle zurück und an die Rufnummern geht auch keiner !!!! Mein Geld ist dann wohl weg.... Aufpassen !!!! 6.2.19

Unseriöses Unternehmen mit krimineller Energie!
Wer nach Einzahlung der 250,- Euro sein Geld zurück haben möchte der muss sich erst legitimieren und Kopien von Personalausweis, Kreditkarte, Rechnung usw. einreichen. Das deutsche Widerrufsrecht interssiert das Unternehmen nicht. Erfolgt die Legitimation nicht dann ist das Geld irgendwann weg weil ja lt. AGB für den Account horrende Gebühren anfallen. Die Support Mitarbeiter von Xmarkets.com sind unwissend, arrogant und unverschämt.

Unacceptable experience. They stole from me 3750 euros. It is a fake trading platform. DO NOT TRUST ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING OF WHAT THEY'RE SAYING. Take your money out and do not let yourself convinced into a trade because they will take everything.

Unbedingt Finger weg. Habe dort Gott sei Dank nicht viel investiert. Man kann Geld einzahlen aber der Gewinn wird nicht ausbezahlt. Zur auszahlung habe man zu lang gebraucht. Abgebrochen. Nach dem dritten Versuch war die Verbindung dauerhaft unterbrochen. ,, Derzeit keine Auszahlung möglich wegen Verbindungsproblemen. Einzahlen geht aber immer. vertreten. Dort gibt es bereits mehrere verprellte Anleger die ihr Recht einklagen. Bei mir sind es rund 1300 € die mir nicht ausbezahlt werden. Meldet euch bei diesem Anwalt wenn es Probleme gibt.
