Oh my God where can I start I'd recently purchased a system from another company I'm not going to mention this company but it was a total nightmare this server was not working at all I searched Google saw XLR security decided to give them a call the salesperson Jaden said that he can help me with my situation I told him what my situation was with the server that had recently purchased from another company was not accepting any of the cameras that were on the existing system he not only brought me the new server which was a uniview 64 Channel he configured every single camera on that system in order for it to work now that's what you call customer service he has now become my full-time distributor I will not use any other supplier in this industry
