Bought a headlight kit around 3 years ago, they’ve been working great. A few days ago the passenger side stopped working. I reached out to XenonPro, and even though I had lost the order number AND it was technically after the warranty period was up, they were able to hunt it down and process a claim for me, sending me a brand new kit for just the cost of shipping. Very happy with the product and company, would definitely recommend.

Easy to work with to diagnose the issue I was experiencing. Quick to rectify and come to an amicable solution. Highly reccomend, thanks again Kevin!

Lights came in good time, however there is an issue with them. On the normal light selection they are bright and work good, however when I turn on my “brights” the driver side dims. But when I pull back on my light switch “to flash the brights” they work properly.

The customer service was fast and hassle freer

I called to make sure, I was ordering the right set up, explained what I had and when I received it and hooked it all up ( so far all is great) but it was not a 100% correct, I tried to call and explain everything the person on the phone, but he was lost and said to do the on line conversation, which I hate, a lot is lost in communicating this way. Anyway big struggle for me to get this person to understand and I felt they never did, so long story short my light 1/2 ass rig , but work. Not Happy I don’t like my stuff not to begin 100% I restored many things ( cars,homes,tractors and big boats). So it is not like I am not clueless in what I am doing.

Update: 5 of November, I have not heard a peep from anyone from the company. So I guessing their response to my frustration was just to look good on internet? To bad

The selection guide was super helpful. This is second car I've upgraded to HID, and both times it's been a painless process.

They noticed I didn’t fill out the vehicle information properly so they emailed me and made sure that I got the correct product for my vehicle and refunded the first order fully

The bulbs could last a bit longer but the Lifetime warranty is great & super easy to make a claim. Kevin was helping me on the chat today & was very helpful. Great experience.

Fast delivery! Great product! Excited to actual use my projector headlights with quality bulbs that actually light up the road!! Went with the 6000k HID 55w ballist! Bright!!

I had ordered 2 9005 kits and 1 9006 kit. When I went to install my lights, I had noticed that there was 1 9005 kit and 2 9006 kits. I contacted them and they shipped a new 9005 kit out right away! Thank you so much for fixing it! Great customer service!!

These lights (HID) are perfect for lighting up the road, without that "yellow" glow of halogens. It take a bit of work to install them, but the end result is worth it. If you have any idea of what you're doing, they're relatively easy to put in.

Robert was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions about HID and LED lights and what would work best for my car.

I reached out to xenonpro because I had returned an authorized RMA to them and had been two weeks since I sent it. I spoke to a person named Allan in their chat support and Allan was so unhelpful and rude I couldn't believe it. They didn't want to do anything to help and then even started bombarding the chat with tons of messages so much that you couldn't actually read the conversation. It felt like I was watching a child go through a break up in Jr. high and have an emotional outburst. And when I finally got his attention, he banned me from the chat. I reached out again and got Allan again and he just banned me again. This continued multiple times because I guess he was the only one working. And he just kept banning me when I was just trying to get help. I have never seen a company so god awful to their customers. Places that actually screw you over as a scam will treat you better. Do NOT buy from this company save yourself the headache.

I did end up getting my refund when I reached out again the next day and spoke to Robert who was actually willing to help me and get it taken care of. But if you reach out and get Allan, I wish the best of luck and may god have mercy on your soul.
