The add was misleading
The add was misleading, I thought I was getting Headlights even though the order stated fog kit. My assumption, based on the presentation in the sales panel, is very misleading and caused confusion. This order will be returned.

My fault, made right!
I placed an order for my daughter's car. Got the bulbs delivered very quickly. Simple install. Went well but the output was far from what we were anticipating. I went back on their website and contacted their customer service. VERY quick response! Come to find out, I ordered the wrong type of bulbs for the type of headlight assembly that we have (Projector vs Reflector). Kevin made everything right for me by suggesting the type of bulb (HID) we should use and also by taking my return back because of my mistake. Thank you Kevin and thank you XenonPro. We will be doing more business down the road for sure!

Lots of issues upon initial…
Lots of issues upon initial installation. They immediately sent me a replacement set if low beam bulbs for my 16 f150 but wasn't able to get any consistency. Lights going off and on. Removed the antiflicker resistors that I was told needed to be installed and lights work better. Emailed requesting an explanation why I was told they were needed when they were not and never got a reply. Customer service 1 800 number leads nowhere. On line chat isn't at all helpful. Spend the extra money and buy quality. Not recommended

I love that the photos of the products are on the website which helped me find what I was looking for way easier. Customer support was easy and fast to give me answers to my questions.

Quick response, good customer service
I have used the Xenonpro portable jump starter since 2021 as a backup for my motorcycles, as it is compact enough to sit in the cowl. I recently saw my battery had started to bulge a little, and submitted a claim to Xenonpro for their lifetime warranty. It was honored and they immediately sent a replacement. Customer service was prompt. Highly recommend.

Jump pack wouldn't even turn engine over…
Purchased one of their J1003 jump packs with tire inflator. It worked fine with the tire inflator, but I tried to jump one of our work trucks with it, and had to return to the shop for jumper cables when it failed to turn over the engine. Another time I went to Costco, left my headlights on, and returned to a dead battery. Having nothing else but this jump pack, I thought I'll have to try it, but I didn't have my hopes up. Again, it failed to even turn the engine over despite reading 89% after the first time I tried using it. I walked over to the tire center and asked if they could give me a jump start. The technician handed me a portable jump pack, I hooked it up, and my car fired right up. I just have a Honda CR-V, not a big diesel or anything. As soon as I got home, I threw all of it in the dumpster.

Issues on 4300K HID
We have been using Xenon Pro HID's for almost a year now. The first set worked well so we ordered more sets for the rest of our trucks but the lasts sets have brought us a lot of trouble. The bulbs didn't always light up on some of the sets and another issue is that the lifespan of these bulb is only around 100 to 200 hours which I hope they will improve.

Over all great experience
I found everything about the site very easy to use, ordering was a breeze. The light options and color chart was great for understanding which option to choose for my vehicle. First time buyer, and will be buying again in the future.

Current update on old situation. I'm out 200$
Update - 7/15/2024, if you look at the end of this thread you will see where XenonPro wrote about this matter and said they will be in contact with me. That was Feb. and they have made not attempt to fix this. This shows that they only want your money and once they get it your on your own. Big RED FLAG here do not use this company, you might get lucky you might not. Choose your Risk!
updated 4/17/2024 - Read below, you'll see my side of the story what happen and then you see where they said the would reach out to me. So this is April 17th now and nothing. This just proves they make it look like there a good comapany where based on my experiance they are NOT. I would have given them 0 star rating if I could have. I highly suggest NOT to use their product.
This form does not allow for me to post the screen captures of our message so please forgive me when I reference them but they are not there.
Warning I paid the price so others can learn. Please its long read this if you really thinking about buying from the company.
I order the White with 45W LED Bulbs and Drivers 179.98and the Warning Canceller / anti-flicker $14.99. I installed the light and Anti-flicker when I notice the LED light bulb had a crack in it. Also, one light would not work. I switch the Anti-flicker from each bulb and found that the other bulb now worked and the one that was lit was now out. So I installed without the suspected Anti-flicker and the light now worked. I adjusted the Anti-flicker to change the polarity of the device as this is a common issue with electronics. And it did not resolve the issue. At this point I called their number to connect with customer support to get replacement parts. However, there is a message that you must use their chat only, you can not talk to a real person and if you go into chat off hours (which I did) leave a message and they will get back with you in 48 hours (Which I did). 1 week later I tried their chat again during on hours since they never responded to me. The person I talked to “Allen” seemed nice at first as I explained the situation. Allen informed me that there is a cover on the bulbs and that is what was cracked, and it would be fine to use. That I can just remove the cover and its good, I think this is weird but take their word for it. Plus, they were not going to send me a replacement. Now on to the 14.99 Broken Anti-flicker devise. Allen suggests for trouble shooting to perform the task which I had already done. I explained to him that I already did that. His response was Record it and send it to him. One I am not going to do this again I already did it and explain to him what I did before he asked. Two I can record my self-doing a task that take two hands to do. Long story short he would not send me a replacement part unless I “conformed” to their standards to which I said fine, I give up Ill just eat the 14.99 and deal with it and buy my low beams elsewhere. During this conversation I was looking for a place to enter a review of my products as I want to warn people of the issues I was having. Allan said create and account and you can, not true. I asked again and they started to get defensive. I noticed there is no way to enter a review on their site on the products purchased or service. At this point another person joined the conversation and I explain I did not want a replacement I just want help understanding how to post a review of my products and their service. I was then threatened that they will reply to any post I make and tell people I was not willing to comply or cooperate to the slightest. You see in the screen shot I said Allan told me to post a review I just needed to create and account, which I did, and I still cannot create a review. I’m just asking for help with creating a review.
I then restated I just want to create a review and then I will go away, I also asked why they were so worried about me creating a review? To which I was told this was my last chance or they will ban me. BAN me for asking how to create a review of their service and products?
Now from what I gather, I cannot confirm but it appears they control the reviews on their site. Which my mistake I used to make my decision to buy from them. Which is why I am here posting this and hoping it reaches people before they make the same mistake as I did. Maybe you get lucky and get good working products, if you do order I hope so. But if its wrong… I’m sorry its going to be a painfully ride. Also a side note if you look at their reviews on their site it looks like bots are doing it for them. Rember the clear glass that was broken on mine.
Apparently, it is and Issues though I was told differently.

Who writes this, you talked to a manger in Customer Service…..? Read this and tell me do you honestly believe this….. I paid the price and learned a lesson I hope this saves someone else from my pain.
Also they did ban me from asking for help.

Refund issue but resolved!
I had a return that I never got a refund for. The chat agent assisted me and had the warehouse manager locate it. They was unable to find it but as I provided a valid tracking number. They were able to still process the return for me. I really want to say that even though there was a delay, I would still use you guys for future purchase!

Gift purchased, lights are good, customer service is sad!
I purchased these lights as a gift for my aunt. I purchased high and low beams and fog lights, assuming she would need all three sets. She had to ask a few different technicians before one agreed to do the install. When she finally got them installed, one of the high beams had a ballast that was not working and she was told that they could not install the fog lights (not able to on her car) and that we should return them. When I contacted XenonPro, they were immediately responsive and said they would send a new High Beam kit (under lifetime warranty) but I had to pay $39.95 shipping to get it. Seems to me that if something arrives not in working order that I should not have to pay to have a replacement sent out, IMO. I also asked about returning the fog light kit as it was not usable and they said they had a firm 30 day return policy and that they would deny the return (I’m over 2 months now). They indicated I should try to sell them on my own. For these two reasons (along with difficulty of finding someone that could install the lights) I can’t rate the company any higher than 3 stars. As for the low beams and One high beam that is installed, my aunt is happy with the brightness when driving at night. She is 67 and the difference in her ability to see better at night is significantly improved.

The item came quickly but glass cylinder is broken
The item came quickly, however the glass cylinder around on bulb was broken. I had to buy another set to get my daughter back to college and I am going to request a replacement for the broken globe.

Had brain surgery, XeonPro wouldn't work with me.
I ordered some LED headlights for my truck. Then I had brain surgery. Therefore, I didn't get them installed... I'm SO dizzy. After about a year, I got my mechanic to install them... but they wouldn't fit my truck. I've been trying to reach someone who is sympathetic to my situation... but they keep on saying it's been too long. The lights have only been out of the box once. They were NEVER installed. All I want is my headlights to be BRIGHT. I'm 73 and need more light. I think they should have worked with me.

The anti flicker was wired wrong
The anti flicker was wired wrong. I had to switch the pins so positive and negative plugged in correct. When installing it didn't work and took me a bit to figure it out. Once corrected lights work fine. So that tells me it wasn't tested before sent out from manufacturer.

Had a problem with light not coming on
Had a problem with light not coming on, customer service told me to not to use the anti-flicker harness, which fixed the problem. I was issued credit for the antiflicker harness that I didn't need.
