I bought some LED headlights in 2020 and one of them failed. I reached out to customer service. They verified I was me, confirmed my shipping information and sent me some new lights. No fuss at all!!

Customer support is A+! If the bulb kits are as good as the customer service then you'll have one more delighted customer!

I had a no hassle experience with these people .
Went into a l live chat and the problem resolved in fifteen minutes with new replacement coming the following business day.

This company honors its warranty immediately and is extremely helpful in getting to the root of the problem. Their customer service agents are very polite and they help walk you through the replacement process.

Bought back in Dec 2019. They will not replace parts, they blame your car for the issues. Shipping also takes very long and there is no compensation for the delayed "express" shipping, even though it clearly said they'd refund shipping cost if it was delayed. Initiated a chargeback and bank got me all my money back. XenonPro was very uncooperative and hesitant to refund. Their items are literally the same quality as the stuff on AliExpress for $20(same packaging too!) They also kept making excuses about late shipment and didn't own up to it.

Edit: in the review they are claiming I couldn't do a warranty claim because I chargebacked. This is untrue. They denied the claim and shipping reimbursement, and then I chargebacked

Great customer service. Just chatted with Kevin to make a warranty claim (which I've done several times) & the process is very simple & easy.

The product functions well for now. It's nice to have the headlights upgraded.

Kevin answered me very quickly on their chat service and helped to trouble shoot my install. It looked like maybe a faulty ballast and so they're sending me an entire new kit
My kit was the 9007Hid kit

The product is junk. The light aren’t even bright enough to see the road. The glass broke before I even got the bulb in. The lock threads spin around the body of the bulb. I am not impressed. I payed a lot of money for them and I was pretty disappointed.
I could have payed for brand new headlight bodies for my truck for the amount I payed for these overpriced bulbs

They 100% stood behind their product and sent me a full replacement set no questions asked. By far the most pleasant warranty experience I have ever had and I will be a return customer because of this.
