I can't express my thanks and gratitude to the whole team at Xenon enough. From my initial contact right through to my final(for now) message from Sue confirming I had achieved the IWFM Level 4 Award, my experience with Xenon has been absolutely incredible.

Being based in Ireland and having never really completed a course of this nature via Distance Learning, I was, to be quite honest, petrified! I had no idea if I'd have the continuous motivation required to study, never mind complete the assignments. That's really where I feel the team at Xenon shine brightest. Even from another country, I always felt like the support was right beside me whenever I needed it - and believe me it was needed quite a bit. The support, the motivation, and the outright kindness of the team is something I have never experienced before and something I will be forever grateful for.

If you are considering an FM training course then look no further than Xenon, they simply are the best in the business!

Sue and her team are extremely hard working and very patient and caring to all their students.

At times I found the course very difficult but with their patience and support I was guided back onto the correct tracks. To such an extent that I successfully passed the course.

Excellent service provider with a comprehensive support structure in-place in-order to assist students when and where required. Special mention to Naomi who helped me cross the final hurdle when time was running out.

Recently completed Level 5 IWFM course which turned out the correct choice to complete long distance learning. The support provided from Sue was outstanding. Sue's feedback regarding work was always received extremely quickly and clear and concise. Sue also gave continuous support and encouragement throughout the course, which without this I might not have achieved my qualification. I cant thank Sue or Xenon enough and would highly recommend the Xenon Group to everyone.

I've completed the course level 3 on the supervision of Naomi and Sue, who have always supported me with all modules pushing me to give my best. I really recommend this course to everyone who wants to improve their profession.

I really enjoyed the IWFM Level 4 Award in a week run by Xenon. I felt that independent study wouldn't work for me as I knew I find it challenging to commit time to completing distance learning. The FM tutor was really engaging and I really enjoyed (and learned from) other FM's experiences, was almost like therapy!

I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain this qualification - it is intense but really worthwhile!

One week IWFM level 4 award.

I attended the one week IWFM level 4 award course and really enjoyed it. The structure and delivery of the course material was at a relatable, engaging and comfortable level, all delivered by an FM tutor with many years experiences off different sectors within the industry.
There was a great mix of FM's on the course that added to the learning, giving different views you wouldn't get from solo study.
I found the Xenon team very helpful with the pre and post course support and communication excellent.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to gain the qualification.

I had a great experience with the guys at Xenon. After initially being apprehensive about the intensity of a 'Qual-in-a-week' I was left feeling reassured, welcomed and supported thoroughly as the week went on. The guys at Xenon, tutor including, set me up for success with the content delivery as well as the back of house support as the week went on. Cheers guys, will definitely be using again soon.

I opted to study with the Xenon group via their blended learning approach having not studied for a formal qualification for some years. From the moment I made the initial enquiry through to completion, Sue, David and the team could not have been more helpful and supportive. The teaching materials were comprehensive, the learning portal easy to navigate and feedback on assignments was always extremely prompt and helpful. David's FM knowledge shared during the workshops inspired interesting and sometimes challenging conversations which enabled me to expand my knowledge and understanding of FM further. In summary I feel the experience and qualification has been of immense benefit to both myself personally and my employer.
