Experiencia nefasta, compré un vestido el 20 de marzo pensando que era una tienda de Alcobendas (dirección que tienen puesta en la web) y a los pocos días me mandaron el seguimiento del paquete, cual fue mi sorpresa? que el paquete venía de China. Me llegó el vestido el día 4 de abril con una calidad malísima y nada que ver a la foto que tienen puesta en la web. Llevo desde el día 4 escribiendoles para que me digan cómo tengo que hacer para devolverlo y a día de hoy no he tenido respuesta todavia. Aún sigo escribiéndoles y nada. No compren en esta tienda es un timo total.

Not what I ordered. Shop gone so can't try to return it. I mean atleast I got something I suppose. I'll now have to try and sell it.

Still waiting for my parcel. Ordered 8th Feb. I have sent them multiple messages and no response. Very frustrating and disappointing. I’ll never order from this company again. Don’t waste your money.

Was a little unsure, but my Stanley arrived and it is BEAUTIFUL

Haven't recieved my order yet it's been 3 weeks

I thought this was an Australian retailer so I bought a Stanley quencher at a premium price from Xena assuming it would be sourced from Australia. This package took two weeks to be delivered and the tracking number showed the item came from Fenggang, China so I'm guessing this is a knock off like the eBay listings for the same product from China at much lower prices.
My advice for anyone would be; buy a cheaper eBay item or go to Amazon for a genuine product instead of using Xena.

Was a bit worried about the quality of the item, but couldn't be happier i ordered from them! The quality of the Stanley Cups is amazing. Everything about it is perfect. Super easy to order and ordered within 2 weeks.

I was sceptical, but my daughter was keen to purchase a Taylor Swift tee. Item was delivered within 2wks of ordering. Top is good quality and sizing is perfect.

I had purchased a Kanye West and Chief Keef T Shirt, my packaged arrived within 1 week early. Upon arrival they were packaged neatly. Quality of the shirt's were great and held together through the wash. Xena have an Extensive and attractive range of Graphic T Shirt's, I can vouch they live up to the quality of the image.

I ordered two tshirts and as soon as I informed them that one of the tshirt designs received was not what I ordered they quickly arranged for the correct design to be delivered. Three for the price of Two! The tshirts that I received were of a very nice quality - just beautiful! I will definitely use Xena Clothing again if I see something I like.
