I placed an order of 500$ in March, I received after 2 months one item out of 3. I contacted for refund in July, as I did not receive my order up until today. They replied, that they have production difficulties and will not issue a refund, I need to wait. Its end of the October and no reply, no refund, no items. I understand young business, but you cannot scam people and take no responsibility!

SCAMMERS and THIEVES!!!!

It’s been over 4 months since I made the order no delivery yet, no response to my emails and no refund!!!

Terrible experience.

Total scam: after my order, I had no response for a month and after they replied, that there is a delay, but I will get my order. I got a parcel, but 1 outfit was missing, they replied, that yes, they are sending it and nothing for other 2 month😭

I placed an order with Xcalpe on March 26, 2025 , and two months later, I still have not received my items. I have contacted their customer service multiple times asking for a refund, but they keep telling me to “wait a little longer”.

Despite clearly failing to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, they refuse to issue a refund. This is unacceptable customer service and shows complete disregard for their customers.

I paid via PayPal and will be filing a dispute to recover my money. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. My experience has been nothing but delays, excuses, and refusal to take responsibility.

J'ai commandé un pull en janvier. Mi février, je n'avais toujours rien et ai demandé à annuler ma commande. On m'a dit qu'on allait me rembourser. Mais quand j'ai relancé pour savoir où le remboursement en était, on m'a dit que le produit était arrivé et qu'on allait me l'envoyer. J'ai dit que je n'en voulais pas et souhaitais simplement être remboursée. Depuis, silence radio. Injoignables. Ils ont gardé, bien sûr, le pull et l'argent. Des voleurs.

It’s disgusting company , waiting two months and still nothing , spoke with company , they answer yes yes , and it’s still 2 not ha nothing , just fake company , if you want to loose to money welcome order here

2 Items for £200 took 2 months to arrive, added £45 import duty, listed from Spanish Brand XCALPE but made in China, Material looks different, cut is different, design is different, waist draw string not exist, Zip different, cuffs different, absolute FAIL do not trust!
