Very helpful service, took off all the pressure from start to finish. Well organised trip which went really smoothly. From flight booking to accommodation and Hotel transfer arrangements lived up to our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Booked this holiday last minute, got a really good package and prices was unbeatable. From booking flights to transfers, x Holidays had it all worked out making it a great and very smooth experience. Would highly recommend and would be booking future holidays with them again.

Professional service, always at hand readily available for all communications. Agent was able to amend last minute changes and accommodate our requests.

Pros:
The people were friendly and the sailors were very helpful.
The view itself of the volcano was mesmerising and extremely memorable.

Cons: the music was really bad tropical house music to the point where it was irritating. I do believe that they need to pick a new playlist for the sake of the people trying to enjoy the ride as lots of people were getting visibly annoyed by the music and were trying to drown it out with headphones or by plugging their ears.
The coaches were slightly unorganised but this was resolved quickly.

Transfers and Ziarats

Our Transfers to Makkah, Madina and return to Jeddah were good.

The Ziarats in both Makkah and Madina were an amazing experience, hotel pick up and drop off was included in this private package.

Transfer was quick and reliable. We faced no problems and x-holidays were very helpful
