I wouldn't recommend playing here! Terms and conditions are breached around withdrawals and they are already ridiculous waiting times. Withdrawals are only processed monday to friday 9-5. They are not looked at for one day after requested then 3 days to process according to t&c this doesn't include your bank processing times between this it is dragged out using the excuses that it is you payment provider is the issue so your process starts all over. You can have 3 pending withdrawals, the next withdrawals will no be processed for 3 days after the previous was approved or cancelled
I have 14,000 euros in my account i am on VIP level 2 which has taken forever to get here the vip program is not very clear on how it works on the site and live chat could not explain how it works, my current level will only allow me to withdrawal 500 euro a day 7000 a month i have 14000 in my account this means it would take me around 6months if they actually stuck to there process! I have 3 pending withdrawals first one is from the 22nd of June today is the 30th so it obviously going to take much longer! i would continue to play if my withdrawal were flowing but I am very sceptical of this casino now and very worried about my 14000 so wanted to share my experience if my withdrawals start coming through i will update my experience

Over 24 hours since my past withdrawal and so according to there T&Cs I requested a new with of my daily limit and straight away it was cancelled i am told they do not know why but I should get my withdrawal??? Also this means i can not request another one for 24 hours as a request is counted for my daily limit
Logged in today and first i was told there still is no information on my cancelled withdrawal yesterday, then I was told to clear my browser and cache this is what I was told to do last week it did not work only set me back another 24 hours because of my daily limit and your only allowed one request then I was told its my payment provider which is what I received my last withdrawals from so I made contact with Revolut they can not see an incoming transaction or a rejected one so?
Then I was just told sorry we can give you anymore information just trust my withdrawals will work in time?
*UPDATE it has been the weekend as I stated i understand there withdrawal process they dont on weekends but I still didn't get answer why my last withdrawal was not processed so I went back to live chat the agent told me today it was because of a glitch?
