I ordered a coat on line and the material and quality of the garment was horrible. I am trying to return the item for a refund to my credit card. I have sent the several emails since I received the garment over a week ago and there has been no response. No telephone number only email for customer service. Unacceptable for a company

My order finally arrived after two weeks, and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the materials. Everything looks cheap and nothing looks like the pictures on the website. Honestly, even Temu offers better quality at a much lower price. This feels like a complete rip-off. I would never buy from this site again!

First-Time Order – Waiting for My Items to Arrive
This is my first time ordering from this clothing website. I ordered a winter coat, a trench coat, a sweater, and a pair of shoes. I really like the styles because they are exactly what I’ve been looking for! However, the website doesn’t provide details about the clothing materials, so I’m taking a chance and hoping for the best.
I was a little concerned when I received the shipping notification and noticed that the shipment was coming from China. I really hope the items look as good in person as they do in the photos.
The shipping notification came very quickly, which was nice, but now I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. Hopefully, it won’t take too long!
I’ll update my review once I receive the items and can share my thoughts on the quality, materials, and whether they look like the pictures.

Communication excellent. Status updates excellent. Item shipped from China. Location on web is just false storefront. Item arrived and delivered with care. Product falsely promoted and pictured on website. Quality poor. Item only big enough to dress a very small child. Sewing and cut uneven. Supposed to be a Women’s pantsuit in plus sizing. Not so! Absolutely useless.
