Should be zero stars. They are just a hoax. Avoid and never buy anything from them. Their website has just disappeared.

Selling low quality products with no warranties. Avoid like the plague!

Spent £157 for Christmas presents and less than 3 months later the stitching had come apart in the seams.
Emailed them and they informed me that they have a 15 day refund policy and emailed me YouTube videos to make it last longer

This company is a SCAM , the contact number is out of service, you cannot email them and the chat line does not respond. Do not use this company and they do NOT accept PayPal

Absolutely crap company no way to get in touch with them. Order supposed to be delivered but no sign of it just a con.

The item supplied was not that advertised or invoiced (not even close)!

Thieves!!!!! They take your money and make out they will send you the product, they won't. Their phone number doesn't work on their website (surprise) and they just send you the same old email fobbing you off.

Fraudulent company. No tracking. No carrier info. No response on live chat. Feel really stupid. Reported to my bank in the hope I can get my £160 back!

The torch I ordered and received in Dec 2023 has exactly the same symptoms as Peter described in his July review. There’s underlying reluctance on the part of ZT Brand to admit the torch’s defects and ZT Brand ‘s website’s, “no questions asked”, “damaged”, returns policy is all talk in my case. My dissatisfaction initially arose when, on opening the package, I noticed a plain cardboard box and no sign of instructions. I then noticed the rubber cap covering the USB port on the torch easily falls out when upside down. I emailed ZT Brand saying as much and, smelling a rat (due to the general state of the package), immediately asked for instructions on how to return the torch and obtain a refund. ZT Brand asked for photographic or video proof of a defect which I sent. ZT Brand replied to the video I sent with, “the item looks fine”. It’s not. The video clearly shows the cap falling out when the torch is turned upside down. It was on the back of this unhelpful comment I dug around the Internet, came across the Trust Pilot reviews and discovered Peter’s review. I hadn’t even tried charging the torch on the back of the loose rubber cap issue and my decision to obtain a refund. On the back of Peter’s comments, I tried using the torch and it only works if plugged in to the mains via the USB socket or if you put three AAA batteries in it, exactly as per Peter’s review. Pity stronger language is frowned upon here: very bad behaviour ZTBrand. For what it’s worth, I’ve reported the ZTBrand ‘sponsored ad’ to Google in the hope it may do something to protect shoppers. Obviously, ZTBrand, you could choose to protect shoppers yourself but evidence suggests you are explicitly in business with the intention to con.

Appalling item and even worse customer service.
Ordered a pop up birthday card that arrived bent due to poor packaging. Was told I could send back at my own cost and would only get some of my money back due to an ‘admin fee for return’ deduction. Currently waiting for my refund. The company are slow to respond - would definitely not recommend or use again. Buyer beware!

I am giving another review to update you on my dealings with this company.
After a while, I got a response to my email, with instructions on how to work the item ( a mini security camera ) ,it still didn't work the way it should. So I emailed them back to ask ,AGAIN, for a refund. The response was that it had to be in a new & unused condition, which it is because it hasn't been used. I would have to pay the return fee myself, aswell as losing around £9 from any refund for Admin fees! This is the address I was told to return the item to: ATTN ZTBRAND RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 50 Marischal Street, Peterhead AB42 1HS. Scotland. United Kingdom. I've looked up the address and I can't find the company listed. I am 100% sure that I will not receive a refund at all & they would re-sell it to another gullible customer.

Completely fraudulent site. Cancelled my order immediately. They responded asking how they could do better in future. I responded saying it was no fault of theirs (I cancelled because I had read reviews and realised what I had got myself into)They responded a week later to say it had now been sent so I will now have to face the issues of every other customer. Paying return costs etc.
No live chat. Scammers.

I understand that there hasn't been many positive reviews for this company, but I would like to share my experience when thanks is in order.

I ordered a product, early hours, Sunday 29th October. I realised that I needed the item a little quicker than ZT could deliver.

I emailed the company to cancel my order and had a very propt reply later Sunday morning stating that is would be delt with ASAP and I would be notified.

Later Sunday afternoon I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled.
I emailed back to enquire how long it would take for a refund to be done, and had an almost instant reply that my refund had been actioned.

I will order again from ZT, have confidence in this company after my recent experience. Thank you again.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Zyband sold me a very poor quality product (v-380 camera) that did not work, with a terrible response to returning the item, with lots of emails (his listed phone number is fake) from myself with no or useless response.
Actually sure if I did manage to return the item I wouldn’t have got my money back so decided to throw item away as he would have sold on to someone else.
REALLY BAD TO DEAL WITH, AVOID

I wish I had!
I ordered two mini indoor cameras they seemed ok but I couldn’t get them to connect to my Wi-Fi.
I contacted them and explained the situation and asked if they could give me a return address and refund me.

Firstly, it took ages to get a response, and then when the finally did reply, they said I had to send them a video of the cameras not connecting so they could help me.
I said, I wanted to return them and not waste more time going through it again.
It took a while to get a response, just like it did the first time.
Then they said they wanted photos.

I reluctantly sent what they asked for, then waited….again!
When they responded with the return address, they said there would be a charge of £15.60. for admin!!
I couldn’t believe it. I replied asking what admin? all they did was send an email with the return address and the refund would not be in full.

I'm disgusted the way this company operates..and I'm not the only one.

Why is it not possible to give a Zero star rating this is not right? Company Owner/Director is a Tauqeer Jalal, Company address as per Companies House. This company was closed via a compulsory order and he is a Conman! Do NOT buy anything from this site or person. I have completed form N208 this morning to have the company reinstated so I can bring him to court!

Con artists. This is not a real company. After I ordered something which wasn't right tried to claim a refund I didn't get a reply for how to claim a refund. Then when checking on companies house they don't exist. The phone number on their website did not connect.
