I received a faulty necklace from this company; the clasp / chain broke the first time it was put on. We sent details and a photo and then returned the item in the post as per the company's request. It has been 3 months now and they are not responding to multiple attempts to contact them.

Zoe Kay have been absolutely fantastic throughout. They were informative and supportive whilst I was choosing my chain online. Unfortunately, the one that I selected wasn't exactly what I was looking for when I received it. Zoe Kay arranged an exchange and the turnaround on this was very quick and easy. When the second item arrived, it was the wrong length. Upon informing Zoe Kay they couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. They sorted the problem quickly and professionally - they also refunded my postage for the item. The chain that I now have is perfect - great quality and a great price!
