Absolutely appalling.

Booked through opodo.com as they showed they had good rating under the name "RIGHT CARS".

The car was damaged and dirty.

Was charged £540 deposit and it is still has not been returned. The guy is also now ignoring my WhatsApp messages asking where my money is.

He also did not help with any bags, nor did he give clear directions for pick up.

AVOID.

Trzymać się z daleka! Skasowali 1200€ depozytu, który miał być zwrócony po 28 dniach. Czas oczywiście minął, firmy nie ma, nikt nie odbiera telefonów, nie odpisuje na maile. Oszustwo!

Nie wieder. Wir haben über CarJet gebucht. Und CarJet hat ihre Provision kassiert.
Aber weil im Flughafen keine Zettel mit Stempel bekommen, dürfen wir das Auto nicht bekommen. Wenn wir ganz normal buchen dürfen wir 5 Fach mehr bezahlen.
Und unfreundlich kann der auch.

Was man übers Internet gebucht hat funktioniert nicht. Es wird einem ein viel teures Auto angeboten weil angeblich der weiße Zettel wenn man mit dem Personalausweis einreist fehlt. Dieser wird meistens nicht mehr ausgestellt.

ACHTUNG ABZOCKE
Hatten über Holiday Cars gebucht und sind bei diesen Betrügern gelandet. Wie von einigen geschrieben ist der Schuppen ein Stück vom Flughafen entfernt in einer dunklen Gasse. Wir kamen nachts um 1 Uhr an und wurden nach einem Telefonat abgeholt. Für allein reisende Frauen ist das schon der Horror. Gegen 2 Uhr sind wir dort eingetroffen, da fing es schon an.
Der Typ hat uns erst mal eine halbe Stunde stehen lassen und in Papieren rumgewühlt. Klare Zermürbungstaktik. Es war ja dann schon 2:30 und wir schon ziemlich fertig. Dann wollte er uns erstmal eine überteuerte Versicherung andrehen . Das haben wir abgelehnt. Danach ging es um das deposit. Die Kreditkarte hat er in das Gerät gesteckt und zwar so das wir nicht sehen konnten was er da rumtippt. Was für ein Zufall, es hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben dann eine andere Kreditkarte angeboten. Er meinte geht nicht weil diese einer anderen Person gehört als dem der den Vertrag abgeschlossen hat. Bargeld wurde auch abgelehnt. Als Nächstes kam das Angebot das wir einen neuen Vertrag abschließen können, natürlich doppelt so teuer. Wie dumm muss man sein, geht dann auf einmal die andere Kreditkarte mit dem defekten Gerät ? Wir haben das natürlich abgelehnt. Er sagte er muss den Vertrag stornieren. Hat uns dann einen Wisch hingelegt mit der Bemerkung das das deposit nicht funktioniert hat. Schön so formuliert das es so aussieht das die Karte keine Deckung hatte. Wir haben ihn mehrfach aufgefordert zu schreiben das es an seiner Maschine liegt. Da er sich geweigert hat haben wir das selbst gemacht und ein Foto vor Ort gemacht. Sind dann zurück zum Flughafen Mittlerweile fast 4 Uhr und haben dort ein Auto gemietet, selbstverständlich wesentlich teurer. Das Geld müssen wir uns wohl mit einem Anwalt zurückholen. Ich kann nur jedem raten dem das passiert direkt zur Touristen Polizei zu gehen, die haben eine Posten am Flughafen

It's a scam!! They give you low rate, then they claim that your credit card is not working to put the deposit to force you to take the hefty full insurance, I refused, so they cancelled the rental and didn't refund the mney or even respond to my emails! They work under the name/website right-cars.com , TAKE CARE!!! I ended up renting in international brands even if they are expensive.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Zezgo in Antalya. After booking in advance, we were left waiting over an hour in 50°C heat with our children before finally being picked up – completely unacceptable.

When we arrived at their office, they claimed that none of our four valid credit cards worked, and used this as an excuse to pressure us into buying full insurance. This tactic nearly doubled the original rental price. We later discovered that other customers there were facing the exact same issue with their credit cards – clearly a deliberate and shady strategy to force unnecessary extra charges.

To make things worse, the car they gave us had zero petrol, so we had to rush to a gas station just to get going. Totally unprofessional and dangerous.

Then, upon returning the car, they demanded €10 for washing, even though this fee was never mentioned in advance – just another hidden cost.

Zezgo is dishonest, unprofessional, and should be avoided by anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience. We’ll never rent from them again, and we strongly advise others to stay far away.

J'ai réservé un véhicule chez Zezgo (également sous le nom de Right Cars Antalya ou même Active Rent Car) via le site CarJet. Ils changent régulièrement de nom pour mieux vous voler. Voici l'adresse de leur bureau à Antalya : Güzelyurt, Lara Cd. No:61, 07000 Aksu/Antalya, Turquie
Arrivé à l'aéroport, vous ne trouverez personne. Vous devrez leur sonner et les attendre pendant presque 1h (comme si le voyage en avion n'était pas assez long et fatiguant).
Vous arriverez dans leur petit bureau, dans un coin perdu où on ne se sent pas en sécurité.
Au moment de payer, ils prétendent que votre carte de crédit (pour payer la caution) ne fonctionne pas afin de vous obliger à prendre leur fameuse assurance à "seulement" 25€/jour. Si vous prenez leur assurance, vous ne devez pas donner de caution, c'est pourquoi ils prétendent que votre carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas (alors que j'ai utilisé cette même carte tout le long de mon voyage). Même si vous leur dites que vous avez déjà pris l'assurance en ligne de chez CarJet, ils disent que cette assurance ne fonctionne pas chez eux. Donc si vous voulez récupérer le véhicule que vous avez réservé, vous devez payer cette fameuse assurance. J'ai donc du payer près de 300€ supplémentaire.
D'après les avis, je constate qu'ils utilisent régulièrement cette méthode mafieuse.
Je ne comprends pas qu'ils agissent de la sorte avec autant de monde en toute impunité.

Surtout boycotter Zezgo antalya. Ils vous volent la caution. Ils nous ont prélevé une caution de 900 euros qu'ils disent vous restituer dans 45 jrs, il n'en est rien. Une honte! Une honte au site de location carjet également qui cautionne celà

Auch ich bin dieser Firma auf den Leim gekrochen. Man bucht über Economy Bookings und landet dann bei Zesgo rent a car und am Schluss bei Active rent a car (beide Schilder vor Ort am selben Platz fotografiert). Es ist dermassen gut gemacht, dass die Buchungsseite "sauber" bleibt in der Erfahrungs-Bewertung. Wenn man bucht und merkt nichts negatives...es geht dann allen gleich: ich wurde am Flughafen erst auf Nachfrage eine halbe Stunde später abgeholt. Leider musste ich eine neue Versicherung abschliessen, da mit meinen 3 Kreditkarten interessanterweise kein Depot möglich war (es gehe nicht! Leider gehen alle KK immer, auch fürs Depot). Also musste ich eine neue Versicherung abschliessen und noch ein Depot via Karteneinzug bezahlen. Ich bezahlte also zusätzliche 238 Euro und 150 Euro Depot...alles auf Nimmerwiedersehen. Somit kam meine Rent-a-car-Buchung 3x teurer als geplant! Ich sage nur: clever und fies aufgegleist--> "Abzocke pur". Es setzt sich niemand für die Depotrückzahlung ein.
Anmerkung 17.3.2025: leider habe ich bis zum heutigen Tag (bald 5 Monate) keine Gutschrift von Ihnen bekommen. Sie können mich gerne per Whatsapp oder email die notwendigen Beweis-Unterlagen zukommen lassen.

From their blatant lies about deposits to their outright theft of customers’ money, this operation is a textbook example of corporate fraud—and Holidaycars complicity in enabling them is equally appalling.

1. The Deposit Lie: A Calculated Scheme to Steal Your Money**
The scam begins the moment you arrive. They *claim* they’ll “hold” a deposit on your credit card, assuring you it’s just a temporary authorization. Lies. Within hours, they **charged my card the full deposit amount** without warning or explanation. When I confronted them, their response was a smug, “That’s our policy.” Since when does a “hold” mean **permanently draining £650 from your account**? This isn’t a misunderstanding—it’s theft, plain and simple.

2. Deposit? What Deposit? They’ll Ghost You Forever
Returning the car in pristine condition? Doesn’t matter. Absolute SCAM has no intention of refunding your deposit. After weeks of radio silence, I called daily, only to be fed scripted excuses: “Processing delays,” “bank errors,” “system glitches.” Spoiler: **They’re stalling until you give up. When I demanded a supervisor, they hung up. My bank is now investigating them for fraud, but why should customers jump through hoops to reclaim THEIR OWN MONEY?

3. Holidaycars : Shame on You for Enabling These Crooks
The most infuriating part? Holidaycars **KNOWS** about Absolute SCAM’s predatory tactics—countless complaints are plastered online—yet they continue partnering with this criminal enterprise. Are they getting a cut of the stolen deposits? Why else would they turn a blind eye to such blatant

Absolute scam! I rented a car in September and after 28 days of waiting for my 650€ deposit returned there was nothing! So I started a dispute through holiday cars and after 2 weeks they started to make enquires and after several weeks Zezgo/right cars global made some enqs….. after a few more emails still nothing so I instigated a charge back on my credit card, then randomly out of the blue I get an email from holiday cars saying they have issued a 310€ refund as there was damage to the bumper which required buffering and polishing (280€) and admin fee (60€) this is absolutely false and I was given no paperwork or informed about this! They were all smiley faces and took me to the airport wished me well, when all along they planned on doing this! The funny thing is they didn’t give the refund until 13th Dec, so why did it take 3 months to do it and the invoice has no signatures, it’s just a typed up word doc. I have instructed the credit card company to look into this as I am fuming! But absolutely do not use this company or any linked to it

Like everybody else on here I have also been scammed, they have not refunded my deposit which just shy of £1600, did anybody on here manage to get their deposit back if so how did they manage it any help or advice would be appreciated, I have had a family member visit their office and once again they agreed to pay the deposit a back but didn't, it seems they run under a few company names so once 1 company has generated a large number of negative reviews they will run under their next company name, the best way to avoid this company is to note the location and whatever company is based in that location avoid at all costs. Going forward I would advise everyone to only use the mainstream European companies e.g Eur
opacar enterprise thrifty etc as having done abit of research into this it turns out this company is not the only one pulling this scam, hiring the car maybe expensive a little more expensive using the European companies but ultimately you stand to lose more money using the Turkish companies

Monate später, erhälst du immer noch keine Kaution zurück und hast oder bekommst keinen Verantwortlichen mit dem du in Kontakt treten kannst. Reine Abzocke. Kein Kundenservice.

FRAUDSTERS BEWARE. I still haven't received my deposit of £565 after continously chasing them up for 5 months. I only hired the car for 1 day and I was told I would get the deposit back in 28 days. Now they've stopped answering my calls

They promised to return my deposit within 28 working days. Now 40 working days passed with no refund and not even answering my calls or texts. Still waiting for news on when I can get my deposit of €750 back! Not good service.

Attention, prix attractifs mais votre caution sera débitée immédiatement à la prise du véhicule puis jamais restituée.
Au retour du véhicule on vous prétexte une attente d'un mois avant le remboursement de votre caution prétextant une attente pour le règlement de contravention(s) éventuelle(s) mais celle ci ne vous sera jamais rembourser. Même si votre document d'état du véhicule de retour est sans détérioration.
Attention fuyez !!

Arnaque à la caution 650€ en aout 2024.Malgré un Bon de retour sans dommage la caution n'a jamais été restituée. Réservation via Renta cars avec garantie tout risque . Malheureusement Renta cars cautionne ce genre d'agence qui vol les clients. . A fuir
