Save the headache
I ordered a pair of shoes which I promptly returned because they were too small. It has now been over a month, and I have neither received a replacement nor a refund. The only response I got from customer service was a request for my return order number, which I promptly provided. Since then, I have followed up multiple times requesting a refund, but have received no further response.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I will not be ordering from your company again.

SCAM!!!!
I ordered back in March 7th. I was fully aware that it said Pre Order 2 weeks. I allowed 4 weeks to go by before reaching out via email and through the form on their website. I didn't receive a response so I followed up again a week later, still no response. Its now headed into the week 6.

Scam
Scam. They do not answer messages or emails after you place the order. Still no update on my order and had to do a chargeback through my bank. AVOID
Update: it’s now April and I’m still yet to receive a refund AND they’re longing out the chargeback process with my bank!
Update: they are trying to have all bad reviews deleted by flagging them as ‘defamatory’. It’s not defamatory if it’s true :)
