I've double checked this with our sales team and they have confirmed that this was a production error from our side. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and my colleague Mason as advised me that he has made contact with yourself and has reissue a replacement to be sent out ASAP.
Once again we apologise for this mishap as we alway aim for our products to arrive with our customer in perfect condition. We hope to see you again.
