No customer support....

I bought an 2.5k account in 2023 Nov and i also passed but this is the time were they exited from India so they said me to wait until 3rd week of January 2024 in email so i did,but after the January end i didn't received any email regarding this,so i emailed them but no response from there side and i also send what's up message with proof so i recommend an explanation for this.you also stopped the live chart and no reply for email so no communication with traders.

I know you are in your hard time but i just need an explanation of what's happening on your side and about my 2.5k account.

Don't wast your time ,They are scamers

Hi guys, My name is Thirukumaran,.
I bought 25k account
I am a full time trader and this funded company has not helped me in any way and They didn't give me payout

Disadvantage of this propfirm company(Your forex fund)

1 It is not an Indian company
2 Payout takes a long time -(agreement they said payout time is three days but mail mention 7 days but take almost 2 weeks for first payout
3 split amount -(If you earn more than 1000 dollars, they will split the payment for you, but they will not mention it in the agreement.)
4 TDS charge-( profit split paid to Contractors there will be 10% TDS deduction will be applied,They would not have mentioned this in the agreement)
5 customer services-(Call and attend to that side, I asked for withdraw update but I don't know them. that side say, you send mail to them and tell them)
6 If you do not trade for 10 consecutive days, your funding account will be terminated -This was not mentioned in the agreement.
7 You can't trade during news
8 They ask us to follow the guideline but they don't follow it
9 finnaly important thing They will never give us a live account

What issue did I run across?
Although there is some problem in this company, but I trade in it ,The first payout I earned was almost 1800 dollars but withdraw time took 25 days and This is also covered by the payment split. What they told me is that next time this will not happen ,So I also trusted and took a trade.Second time I earned alomost 1960 dollars i put in withdrew but after three months I didn't get the payout and They took away my 25k account, I don't know how this is fair, It's been almost three months but still haven't received the payout. Your forex fund funding company is a big disappointment for me and I lost eight months of trading time with this firm.

Hello friends ,I am full time trader but i can assure you that your forex fund will not help me in any way. You should choose another funding prop firm ,They don't care about traders . please please please please don't waste your time guys.they are scamers

They give live account as they say, but it is not live account, they deceive us by giving demo account.

This is how to find live account demo account:
step1:click on manage accounts and Click on the plus icon given there

step2: Choose a broker there

step3: cheack it server, If there is a server trail, it is a demo account. Like This [Exnees-MT5Trail7 ]

please please please please don't waste your time guys.These thieves deceive us by making us believe,They are scamers

GOOD PROP FIRM!!

I'm happy to be a funded trader of this Company...
Everything is super clear!!! Leverage is generous, Rules are Fair, Low evaluation fee and They encourage good trading. Customer Support is excellent. They are very kind and Supportive throughout every process.

Withdrawal , customer care

Withdrawal time too long . Many other doing it in just 48 hrs. Here i am waiting a week for my payout. Support team is quick and excellent. Raw spread account is good . Offers, competition and events often provide by company is appreciated. Thats all

Starting Level , hope it will be going better, 1 lot for 7 Dollar chargable .. so its very hard to success phase 1 and 2 . Dont waste yr time.
