Well I start off with a purchase item a bath rail grabber, it came box was OK but the item seemed like it was used as the white paint was all chipped and scuffed, I mentioned that in a email, they replied with they don't send out second hand items ok but it was clearly damaged before packaging.. plus the item was way to big to fit my standard size bath I even tried to put some rubber on the sides that clamp on the bath but it was completely useless I emailed them again but all they done was sent a email with a code that I have to print but I haven't got a printer so they said go and find a post office which prints it, nearest one to me is miles away. I have no transport and taxi there and back would cost way more than the item.. I've told them that and no response so all I got is a damaged and none working item the company is bad

Absolutely horrendous. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered crutches from here because of significant pain I have been having walking. The website states "FAST" Shipping which is exactly what I needed as I require them urgently.
It's now been 8 days since I ordered, I haven't recieved the crutches or any Shipping details even. I have emailed twice with no response and we have rang them about 8 times but the call disconnects after 4 or 5 rings every single time.
Any company that would treat vulnerable disabled people buying medical necessities this way is a total disgrace.
I am going to have to contact the payment place to try and request help to get my money back.
I feel completely scammed. I am so upset that they have done this.

The crutches seem really good, much more comfortable for my hands and sturdy.easy to order by phone and arrived promptly next morning.

Ordered a toilet frame seat 8 days ago no confirmation email was sent but my payment taken. It hasn’t arrived and I have emailed and used the chat service without reply. The 0800 telephone number rings about 5 times then cuts out so there is no way of contacting them. This is at worse a scam site at best a shambles do not buy from them. I will be contacting Trading Standards!

Easy to order and speedy delivery.

Only issue was when trying to navigate the website because although there were other items I required, because the views were blocked by icons which couldn't be hidden, I Gave up in the end as too much time was being wasted.

Just a Shane that's all.

The item wasn't as good as I hoped it would be and it wasn't free returns but the company were very helpful and considerate.

Ordered an item under standard delivery, should have received it by now but it hasn’t arrived.
No reply to emails and queries sent and if you phone it cuts off after 4 rings.
Beware they could be a sham.

The tray itself is fine but the cushion is under-filled and, above all, does not attach securely to the tray. The small Velcro tabs on the cushion simply don't fit the tray.

I ordered 2 handled cups for my mother. They took sooo long to arrive that I had to order elsewhere in the meantime.

I needed a bath rail to help an aged relative staying with us. Product looked identical to others elsewhere, but at a better price. Fits as expected, and gives them the confidence to get in and out of the bath without struggling.
