Exactly what I needed,very happy with my choice of colour.

Ordered a pair of crutches. No communication with regards to delivery. Tried to contact the company via phone to get an update on multiple times, calls were always cut off and rejected. Tried to contact them via contact form on website and by email. No replies to anything.
Have now requested a refund via another email. Not holding my breath.
Buyers beware.

Easy transaction no hassle web site and fast delivery

I placed an order on Saturday morning and it was delivered on Sunday afternoon. 5* service

It was a site i had never heard of before but the item i was looking for was a third of the price I had seen elsewhere. I had a phonecall from a lady to say my order was being sent out next day as I was worried and WOW the item was more than I was expecting and came next day. I will from now in be using this company from my usual. Thankyou so much!

The items were not delivered to my home but dropped off at the nearest post office which is a 40 minute round trip on foot. I have no access to a vehicle, my family are 40 miles away and my work pattern made it impossible to collect the item in person.

I emailed Your Essentials last Friday when I got home from work, advising that I would be unable to collect my order from the post office for the reasons above. To date I haven't had a response from them, it's now Thursday of the following week. They have sent emails reminding me where and when to collect the item from, but no reply to my email.

The irony of all this is the item I ordered was a crutch to enable me to be more mobile.

I have received well over 30 parcels from their delivery company and this is the first one where this has happened. All other DPD delivery people have left the item outside my flat door. Not this time.

I think the service from this company and their chosen delivery company has been APPALLING. I will never use this company again!

No Good at all sent the wrong crutch bottoms saying they was the right ones and they’re not the proper make they’re cheap. Nobody is worst service I’ve had ever took so long to come can’t swap the parts over wasted £20 on £5 of items sort your business out

Very disappointed with the lap cushioned tray I purchased, the tray was as expected but the cushion was a flimsy quarter filled bean bag which offered little support for the tray

Fast delivery which was key, as my granddaughter needed crutches to go to school and the NHS couldn't provide any her size‽ She is 6 years old so I found exactly what she needed on your website and they arrived next day. Perfect service. Thank You.

Quick delivery, perfect for what we wanted

Ordered a perching stool from this company on 30th January and received an acknowledgement. Then I've had absolutely nothing since.
Complete radio silence - no despatch details or expected delivery date. I've tried calling a few times since 5th Feb but the phone is never answered and just goes to voicemail after a few rings. I have sent an email on 12th Feb and one 'contact us' web form as well.
I've not had any return communication from this business.
I find it abhorrent they can act like this operating a disabled products website.
I've said on my website form if I don't get any reply then I'll be contacting my credit card company to do a charge back.
