Really positive experience. I went through a remortgage which turned out to be more complicated and took longer than expected. Callum and his team were always supportive and answered any queries I had, and did their upmost to move things forward and reassure me.

I would recommend and would definitely use again.

Unbeknown to us, our original conveyancing solicitor was closed down by the SRA last year, at a point when Land Registry had not completed our Deed transfer due to several unanswered queries. When it was brought to our attention, we appointed 'Your Conveyancer' (on recommendation from our Estate Agent) to sort this problem out. The service has been excellent. Land Registry were quickly advised that Your Conveyancer had been appointed, which immediately relaxed the time deadlines that had been set. Less than 3 months later, the problem was resolved & we now have our Land Registry Deed. Thank you to Nicola & her team for their professional service.
