Order placed 3/29…received 5/3! After not receiving my order within a reasonable time, I start googling the company & saw there are a slew of people who didn’t receive their orders on time as well…even comments about YGN either responding to shipping inquiries weeks later or not at all. My time-line is as follows:

1. 3/29 order placed
2. 4/15 emailed YGN to inquire as to the status of shipment
3. 4/17 YGN responded “after consulting with our shipping team, unfortunately we presently do not have a specific ETA for your package....Please know that we are putting our best efforts to ensure that your order is dispatched by April 24, 2024. Once the shipment is ready, we will promptly update you via email....”
4. 4/17 I responded to that last email “I fly out for my vacation on 5/2 so if I will not be receiving the order by 5/1 please provide a refund of the entire order. I ordered the item in what I thought was more than enough time.”
5. 4/18 YGN responded “we understand your concern and will ensure that the package is delivered in time for your trip”
6. 4/29 I basically just followed up again letting them know I received an email with a link to the shipping carrier which indicated only the shipping label had been created and they were awaiting the item. I also asked if they were sure I would receive the item by 5/1 for my trip. Yes I knew 5/1 was a couple days away but thought maybe since “they” were the ones late with shipping that they would courtesy send it to me expedited.
7. 4/30 YGN apologized for the delay and provided the shipping carrier link again.
8. 5/3 received item but of course I already flew out for my vacation

Based upon my experience I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The item in itself “appears” to be a good product but I was not able to use it so far because I had to purchase an alternative for my vacation. They are all on social media constantly advertising as if they conduct good business but it is so far from the truth...just google yourself. I decided not to try and return the item because in my mind, that will also be more headache than its worth and I figure I can just use it when I go on another beach vacation. There are several other companies that offer waterproof turbans so I advise to just try one of them to avoid what me and others have experienced

Delivery was a little delayed past what website said when I ordered. And it's difficult to get in touch with customer support. But once I finally did, we were able to come to a resolution.

Although I had to contact YGN customer service multiple times about the delay in my order by a month, they made it right. Love their products…

The “sleep” turban and silk scrunchies are so nice and such a great quality. I don’t wear the sleep turban to bed but actually wear it on a day to day basis and I get so many compliments because it looks so fancy. I docked one start because I of the one month delivery time. I think they should put a notice at checkout with the estimated delay times so people are aware.

2nd time buying these turbans and great for the summer. One turban’s elastic is twisted and keeps slipping off my head but overall love these!

The quality of the satin liner turbans are really really good, better and more secure than wearing something like a durag!

I have had a good experience with this company. I have received my products in a timely manner. If a delay with delivery occurs, the company has advised me of the delay. The product is made with quality material.

I love the t shirt turban I purchased and it is essential for me in keeping my hair healthy. I will be back to purchase more and have my eye on a swim turban :)

I tried it on. I have long locs. Its fits perfectly. the chocolate color is gorgeous. I am going to Hawaii next week. I will check its water tightness then.

Just received my order after a long time waiting. I ordered several times before and this was the worst, the time before when I ordered the whole order was wrong, so I said to myself let me give them another chance, only to be let down again. The quality of the new head wraps are made very cheap, something equivalent that you would get of off TEMU the amount of money that you charge for the head wraps at least the quality should be good. I would send back for a refund but you guys are unprofessional and I don't need the headache. Like most businesses start out great then switch the product. Going the rate your going you won't be in business that long, and after reading several of the comments I see that alot of people would agree.

This has been the worst experience. No one takes the time to read and understand the emails to understand what the customer needs, and good luck with getting a response. I was sent the wrong item I’ve paid $37.50, after 8 emails I finally receive a shipping label and approved refund for $26.78, $10 less than what I’ve paid for the wrong item being sent out to me, and still no response. This was my first shopping with the company and last time.

Still waiting on my order that was placed Feb. 29th. Since then I received an email about a manufacturing error and a 50% discount, however I do not intend to use it since my original order has not come. I reached out a week ago after receiving a marketing email that the very item I am waiting on was back in stock and available for purchase. This was my first time purchasing from this company and I really wanted this item as I had my eye on it for months before buying.

You go natural is unable to fulfill their orders in a timely manner. I've ordered twice from this company, and it has taken over 4 weeks to receive my order. Actually, I'm currently waiting on my second order and it's been about a month. I received an email from this company March the 4th 2024, saying that they are way behind and they will get my order to me soon and here's a discount code for our gratitude. However, I don't really plan to order again so the discount code is unnecessary. And I would rather get my order or get a refund.

The items, once arrived, we're fine. However there may be other manufacturers that have similar items that will ship out their orders in a timely fashion.

I ordered in January. It is now late March. I have not received my order and they are no longer responding to my emails. I’m out $77. My mother also placed an order with them around the same time. We’ve both requested refunds as we have not received anything. We are both very upset. Please do not do business with this company.

It took forever to get my order. I returned it because it was way too tight. They sent a return label and admit they have received the return but still no refund after 3 1/2 months. None of their responses to the delivery or refund issues line-up (it comes across as stalling). They have stopped responding at all.
Note that the date of experience was my last contact with them. The entire process has been going on for 5 months.

They are a horrible company, placed a order at the end of January and they took my money and never shipped out the wraps, and when I tried to contact them the completely ignored me but you can see them active on their social media. I would recommend going to another company because they are not professional at all

I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JANUARY 9TH . NO ITEM, NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER. MY MONEY IS GONE. BOGUS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE

I would not recommend ordering anything from here. I spent over $100 ordering products on 1/15. It is now 2/23 and I hadn't received my order. After several attempts using their "contact us" email address, to get information about my order, they never responded with real answers. All answers are boilerplate with no real explanation about my specific order. There is no way to communicate or address concerns. Now, I'm out of $100 with no products.
