Scammers. Spent £156 on items, they missed two out. Emailed twice to tell them and fix this issue. They just ignore me. They’re happy to provide Klarna with shipping numbers when I raised a dispute about my missing items, but not reply to my emails and send me the items that I paid for. AVOID this company at all costs!
The clothing is excellent quality, and fits perfectly. I have bought many hoodies from other companies, but non fit as well as the hoodie I received from ydwtl. I would 100% recommend buying clothing from this company if you are considering it.

: der blev sent en pakke med trace jeg kunne følge men pakken blev sent retur fra posthuset, da pakken ikke havde nogen rigtig adrasse på, har efterfølgene prøvet at komme i nogen form for kontakt med firmaet men uden held :(

I have never experienced a company who will so blatantly ignore any communications. Sent me the wrong order, I asked to be sent the correct order. Ignored via email, post and Facebook for over a month. Eventually got an apologetic email saying they would sort in 24hrs. That was almost a month ago. Incompetent, ignorant and what appears very little business acumen.
Fake company! On Wednesday 9 September, I placed an order and paid 176 pounds. On Friday, after not receiving a tracking number, I send an e-mail asking them when will I receive the items since I will be traveling on Thursday the 17th and taking those items as gifts. They replied that the items will be shipped today (friday) and that I shall receive them tuesday and that a tracking num will follow shortly. Today is wednesday and I still did not receive anything, tried to e-mail them yesterday but no sign of life, I only found out that my order did not ship yet!! I informed them to cancel my order since those items did not even exist, and to refund me, but until now, they did not reply, and they won’t! They are bandits, they stole my money! Fake people, fake company, to avoid at any cost
