Went to my first ever Hot Ying Yoga class with a friend. It was a very nice relaxing experience and the studio itself was very nice, so was the instructor . The room had a nice dark ambiance with lamps and nice scents. It was warm but not uncomfortable , honestly relaxing . I've been having a very stressful traumatic life and it was a nice experience to go somewhere and relax in this way. I didn't know what to expect and so I will be back as It was lovely and I'm glad my friend brought me.

I purchased five yoga classes on a special deal and only used one before my back "went" the expiry date was approaching and I was not fit to use the remaining four classes. I wrote to Yogahub Castleknock to see if they would extend the expiry date. I had attended a doctor but only obtained a receipt as I am self employed and did not need a sick cert. Yogahub would not accept the receipt, presumably they felt I was scamming them, and would not extend the expiry date. Petty and uncaring customer service. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Bought a gift card for my partner and they could not use it and the team were so poor at dealing with the issue, after multiple calls and emails, they then charged his credit card really really poor customer service. I wish I had never bought the gift card if I had known it was so much trouble.

Went to the flow yoga class on Saturday with Dara in junction 6 castleknock , she was so lovely and accommodating with great knowledge. I enjoyed the class so much I went back on the Sunday with my friend. Dara made me feel comfortable at ease and I truly enjoyed her teaching style. Class was easy to follow.

Had two days of yoga Saturday and Sunday with Dara in junction 6 Castleknock and it was so lovely. She gave a great class and was very aware of us beginners.. will definitely be back to her Saturday morning classes . Thanks so much 🙂

Almost blistering abuse of customer trust.
Having been ignored a few times at the start of 2024 by their email because they obviously I see now identified me as someone who asked a difficult question before (imagine!), I checked my email Saturday gone and discovered a vicious and nasty email reply from their management because I had gone to the trouble of checking was there an issue with payment, since I had bought another of their 'passes.' As a person who's life quality is diminished by mental health, I cannot tolerate this abuse of a customer interaction without documenting it. the google pages are full of wonderful reviews for yogahub, what a shame their entitled and foul tempered management let them down. Horrible 0 stars
