I’ve tried several yoga studios and Yoga Rocks is by far the best. The variety and quality of classes is outstanding and Maria is the hostess with the mostest! There’s always a warm welcome and lots of friendly faces.

I have been part of the Yoga Rocks community - and it really is a beautiful nurturing caring community - since December 2019.
Maria is the most wonderful matriarch of the Yoga Rocks family overseeing everything with a million eyes in all directions. She has a knack of making everyone feel seen and cared for.
The venue itself is beautifully designed and fitted out.
The classes are really varied as are all the great teachers. I particularly love the Pilates classes as recently this has really helped to support me and my back issues. It is such an important part of my self-care routine throughout the week
Absolutely obsessed.
I joined the studio after a back injury in April and am never leaving. I went back to the gym 6-7 months after having recovered and tried numerous Pilates classes there - nothing compares.
Notably - Ann Cruise & Anna Kirakowska are the best Pilates instructors literally in the world. (I’ve cancelled my gym membership for them!)
If you’re looking for true quality, where the instructors live and breathe what they do, are extremely knowledgeable, care about your body & mind, a warm, super welcoming & inclusive vibe - Yoga Rocks is the place.

Yoga rocks is a warm a welcoming studio run by the lovely Maria and all her amazing teachers and helpers. I would strongly recommend this yoga and Pilates studio who are so inclusive and really care about their whole community. All the yoga and Pilates teachers I’ve experienced offer such good and consistent classes.
Honestly the best yoga & Pilates studio in North London!! It really is such a lovely environment & Maria is always there giving a warm & friendly welcoming! The instructions as all brilliant too & I can’t wait for my next visit!
