I called this company to inquire about a recent employment issue that I experienced. The intake specialist was knowledgeable, professional and helpful right away. I would recommend them if you’ve had any experience regarding unfair workplace practices.

Absolutely no contact whatsoever. No text, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. If I could give them no stars I would. They also had the nerve to ask me to fill out a survey at the end of my initial phone call is an insult to my intelligence for the simple fact that it never came. What's really irritating is I spent over an hour on the initial phone call with someone who couldn't speak intelligible English to begin with.

DO NOT I REPEAT FO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! TOTAL BULLCRAP LIARS!!!! First of all they don’t even take your statement about your issue until you give them a five star rating ON GOOGLE, OK that’s first of all second of our they are straight liars complete liars. They told me that was my settlement that they would only take 40% 40% hell no they took straight up 62% of the money that I was paid 62% out of $10,000 for the settlement offer. I got less than four unbelievable do not I repeat. Do not use this firm find a different place save up and get a real lawyer one that won’t steal your money and completely rip you off and then not communicate with you not respond to emails. This was the absolute worst decision I have ever ever made in my matter was a serious matter. Do not use this place.

Yes lawyer are not real attorneys. They had my case for almost a whole year and I haven't talked to one attorney or a paralegal. Everytime I call i get a voice mail with no return call the only time they contact you is when they are worried about a review. I think this company is a scam and all the reviews they force there clients to write these types of reviews to make them look good. When I posted a bad review with them they contacted me asking me to change the review nothing about my case just the review. Now I'm receiving letters I don't understand from the eeoc and they won't even contact me. Now my case is about to be close because of these fake attorneys. I need help from another attorney someone please help me find a great attorney. Customer service do not no the names of your attorney. It's the same lady that answers the phone when you call from a different number. You can't even call from the number you put on file because everytime you call them with the number that is filed you go straight to voice mail.
