Would give 0 stars if I could. The first attorney from yeslawyer took all my info and did nothing. Lawyers changed on me , don't know why and they did nothing. Both attorneys didn't even cooperate with the EEOC like they claimed they would. After 5 months I lost my case because they literally did nothing. DONT DO IT.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this firm and how my employment/EEOC matter was handled.

I provided the firm with information about my case, supporting documents, and told them I had a witness. I signed paperwork related to an EEOC charge months before the charge was ultimately filed. After recently gaining access to the documents, I discovered that the EEOC charge did not reflect what I believed were some of the most important facts and issues I had reported, including my retaliation concerns. I was also concerned that the charge did not mention the witness or supporting evidence I had provided.

Another major concern was communication. I never had the level of direct communication with my assigned attorney that I expected while they represented me. Now that the representation has ended, I am having to review the EEOC records myself and try to understand what was submitted on my behalf.

This was an extremely important legal matter to me, especially because there are deadlines involved after receiving a Right to Sue notice. I trusted the firm to accurately communicate my allegations and properly handle my case.

Based solely on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm. I encourage anyone considering representation to carefully review everything filed on their behalf, request copies of their complete file, stay on top of deadlines, and ask questions throughout the process.

They are liars. The attorney never called as promised. I also tried to reach out to them to no avail. Do not use them. They try to just use people for ratings for attention.
