First class all round
Had a couple of small gold bars and gold coin to sell. Tried the big two, who I’ll not name, and either no answer or not interested. Saw Yardna during google search and communicated with Yusef online and then by phone. Agreed a fair price and sent the items by insured mail, at no additional cost to myself and funds quickly deposited into my account.
Couldn’t fault the honest, friendly service and will have no hesitation to do business with in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Real Professionals!Yusuf was superb.No messing, quick clear and above all honest.I visited several other Jewellers and they all tried to rip me off.

When I felt like I was hitting a dead end..
Went to this jewelry store after being recommended from my friends to purchase an engagement ring and I am so happy I came in contact with a very pleasant person called yusuf. He was polite, patient and honest. He told me everything I needed to know. I came in a complete noob and comparing what I got to other high street jewelers I saved a lot of money. But I would pay full price just to have the please of dealing with this team again.

Genuinely nice people. Good price.
Very happy with the friendly service. Yusuf took me through the process on the end of the phone was always helpful and easy to deal with. Got a good price for my diamond ring and money in the bank a day later, having posted it to them in the insured envelope they provided. To be honest I shopped around for a buyer, I was pleased that nobody offered me more than these guys because they just seem like genuinely nice people. 100% recommend. Thanks!

Fab, would recommend to anyone selling diamonds!
I sold a diamond ring to this shop and they were absolutely fantastic. Great contact and customer service throughout, up until the payment was in my account. The envelope they sent (as I posted from South Wales) was insured so I had no concerns with sending the jewellery at all, the envelope comes pre-paid also, a small but important detail. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to sell gold or diamonds for the best price!

Sold a diamond ring with these guys. Paid top price and process was easy. Wasn’t sure about the pack they sent out but to my surprise it was Royal Mail tracked and insured so I went for it. Glad I did. Spoke to the team over the phone. Top man talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had.
