Carl at Yappl has been nothing short of amazing!
If there were six stars, Yappl would get them!
Carl at Yappl has been nothing short of amazing! Over a very long and drawn out saga due to Openreach's ineptitude, Carl at Yappl never gave up. He kept us constantly updated and pushed the order forwards as much as he could. The response to emails and calls was super quick.
I'd recommend Yappl to anyone looking for new broadband/phone connections.

Upgrade Enquiry
We have dealt with Yappl for a number of years. The service has always been great. Helen in particular has and continues to be so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have also recently dealt with Emma who again provided excellent prompt service.

Wouldn't Use Anyone Else for Business Mobiles
Have recently moved our business mobiles over to Yappl as I have used them before and have always been fab. Tonia and Nic were really patient as I kept changing the number of users we needed. Once the proposal had been accepted Nic & Kay kept me informed of everything that would happen. Kay sent really detailed instructions as were were porting a lot of numbers. On the day of porting, everything went through but we had an issue with one of the handsets for a key member of staff and I was flapping. Paul worked his magic and got it sorted really quick.

Yappl are great, we use them for all our office mobile orders. Helen and Kay provided a great service as always, no faffing about they just find the best deal and get the order in - what more can you ask for.
