bugüne kadar bu kadar çok, her kanaldan taciz eden bir banka görmedim. Aplikasyon hergün en az 4-5 kere bildirim gönderiyor. Her giriş yaptığımda sürekli birşeyler icelememi, kabul etmemi istiyor. Artık lütfen biraz azaltın şu tacizlerinizi.. Bir kere olsun aplikasyona giridiğimde bir teklif olamamsını istiyorum

Extremely Disappointing In-Branch Service Experience

I recently visited two Yapı Kredi branches — first in Gebze, then in Büyükada — with the simple goal of withdrawing $1000 from my USD account. You cannot use ATMs unless the currrency is Turkish Lira. Unfortunately, despite spending over an hour across both branches, I was unable to complete this straightforward transaction.

At the Gebze branch, I waited approximately 20 minutes; at the Büyükada branch, I waited 38 minutes. In the latter case, I arrived immediately after the lunch break and received ticket number 4. However, to my surprise and frustration, at least 15 to 20 customers who arrived after me were served before me.

This experience raises serious concerns about Yapı Kredi’s in-branch queue management system. The lack of transparency and efficiency in customer service is unacceptable — especially for such a basic banking request. I left both branches without receiving any assistance, having lost valuable time and trust in the bank’s operations.

I sincerely hope Yapı Kredi addresses these issues and takes meaningful steps to improve the in-branch customer experience.

Very bad experience: I had to pick up money send by WesternUnion, and personnel of the bank (Kas, Antalia, Branch) told me they can only give me money if I have a bank account with them: this is not obviously true as western union customer service in Turkey confirmed.

I asked a written confirmation of what they were stating, and after a long waiting and talking and waiting, they gave it to me: i will file an official complain with westernunion.

Dear Yapi Kredi: you want to be a westernunion agent, so your customer can send the money everywhere in the world, and you want obviously to have them being able to pick up money without having a bank account in the bank/country they will be... so you have, of course, to do the same: or else just stop being a westernunion agent
