Engineer was excellent and knowledgeable and answered wall my questions

I found everyone involved with the experience of getting my new boiler installed were very professional and very informative at every stage.

Excellent communication. Well-considered problem solution to replacing a combi boiler in a grade 2* listed property without having to use a scaffold and drilling through an external 24 inch thick wall. Very nice operatives who worked very hard to get the whole project completed in a short time. Would recommend and revert to them if any further work needs to be done.

As always the service was excellent

We had a big issue with our combi boiler which was erratic in retaining a constant pressure. The opinion was that we were likely to have a leak under the kitchen floor. After several visits and investigations a new boiler was installed at our request. Following this we didn't experience any further problems.

We had an issue with the pressure dropping on our boiler which was installed by XGas twelve months last November. In a straightforward procedure we reported this to XGas since it had happen several times recently. The Engineer came out and found a minor leak on one of the radiators which he repaired. He also add a leak sealing solution to the system and the problem has not re-occurred. XGas are efficient and deal with issues promptly.

Great that the phone is continually maned, so no stress in trying to get through. The engineer, (think he was called Carl) and his apprentice came within the allotted time, had the required parts on the van so the problem was fixed straight away. No having to come back at a later date.Great guys, great service, highly recommend.

I would not say the visit was great but this engineer was not what I would expect from x gas after 11 years

Arrived on time explained certain aspects about our gas fire which had been concerning us. left the work area clean and tidy. I am glad that I contacted this firm. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with gas problems.
