Great service. Mario rang to pinpoint our exact location and his calm, friendly manner helped in what had been a stressful situation. He explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process and we were back on the road in no time . Thank you Mario . Would highly recommend.

A very prompt, professional service! From the initial telephone call to the service desk, to the engineer arriving at my home to fix my car. They have been first rate. Excellent communication. I was initially told 4:30, (which was 2.5 hours) and was told they would be in touch. The were not in touch. At 4:50 l called to ask for an update. Initially the phone went straight to voicemail and l was told the office was closed! I called again and they said the technician would be no more than another 40 minutes! It was 55 minutes before he showed up. The guy himself was brilliant. It didnt take long and he talked me through what he was doing. He gave me advice and options and the car has been great since. I was not impressed with how l was treated by the office or the phone system problems or the five hours to get a 15 minute job done!

Was quick to respond and sorted the tank out within 20 mins, highly recommended

I could not have asked for a better service from Mario. He was excellent. He arrived as quickly as possible and fully explained what needed to be done. He was quick and efficient and fully explained to me what I needed to do to prevent further problems with the engine following my error in putting in the wrong fuel. 10 out of 10 to Mario. When I rang Wrong Fuel Doctor on the 24/08/26 the agent was very helpful, and was reassuring regarding the issue.
This was dealt with extremely professionally and this morning the engineer turned up Mario was very polite, he talked through what he would be doing and was absolutely amazing.
He explained what needed to be done straight after.
