Excellent service - Lukas arrived promptly explained how the fuel system worked and got us back on the road again. Now need to work on concentration when I next go the fuel pump!

I started filling up my husbands diesel BMW with unleaded fuel and realised it after £54. Called green flag and they sent Lukas to the rescue. He drained all the “wrong” fuel and made sure I filed up with diesel. Also used jumper leads to start the car and made sure everything was ok. Lovely helpful chap. Excellent service.

What a fantastic service this company provide in every way. The lovely Lukas arrived within the timescale given and dealt with emptying my fuel tank quickly. I really hope I don’t need to use this service again (one day of being an idiot was enough for me!) but if I needed to then I would have no hesitation in using these guys again. Wrong Fuel Doctor were recommended by the petrol station where I stupidly put the wrong fuel in my car. The quote was better than one I had received from a big roadside assistance firm and the customer service on the phone was excellent so it was a no-brainer to book an appointment. Lukas arrived on time and was extremely polite and efficient. I'm very happy I used Wrong Fuel Doctor and would happily recommend them highly.

Got petrol in diesel. The guy, Lukas came in about 1hr after receiving my call. He placed the hazard signs on both directions and sorted the issue in 15mins. He followed me to the petrol station and made sure my car could be turned on. Highly recommended service.

Great response and helpful nice initial calls with call centre. Arrived in just over an hour as advised. The engineer was polite thorough and professional in completing what was obviously a very difficult job in draining and flushing both fuel tanks on my wife's BMW all in spite of the late hour.
