I am amazed at the simplicity with which Writers Bureau explains difficulty lessons. The efficiency and professionalism of tutors is amazing. I am very impressed.

I have found the course I am currently studying to be extremely valuable. having not written much of note since I left school a number of years ago, it has refreshed my learning and I have the valuable tutelage of a renowned author helping me on my way. It is certainly money well spent and I am already planning a future course.

The course is very comprehensive and taught me a lot, but I frequently felt frustrated at the lack of two-way discussion, something which is the norm in current teaching circles. I would have preferred more time on writing technique and less pressure to submit work for publication early on. A section at the end where one is helped through the publishing process, by which time you would be a more comfortable writer, might work better.

Brilliant support and feedback. Honest but constructively critical. Assignments and material easily understood. Relationship with mentor becomes very personal.

I honestly believe that the content and structure of the course is superb. I have already recommended to other potential candidates.

Not quite sure what I am supposed to be rating?? Is it the Creative writing Course? If it is, then I can say, it is excellent, so far and I am really enjoying it.

Actually, I've lost count on the number of letters that have been published since my tutor recommended that I send in my first letter to the newspaper way back in 2016. The Writers Bureau are serious and professional in their work going by their attractive prospectus and students' success stories together with constructive criticism from expert tutors. Honestly, I recommend this course to anyone wishing to be a writer for in truth, it demystifies the world of writing and publishing.

The Writers Bureau course gave me an excellent introduction to proofreading and copy editing. It was well written and structured and the feedback from my tutor was personalized and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending the Writers Bureau to any prospective student.

Generally very helpful. The course is practical and geared towards those wishing to write for a living as well as as a hobby. Tuition is excellent.

I have been doing the course for seven months now and it is perfect for me. You work at your own pace.
The tutor I have is ever so good - my assignments are marked quickly and each edit is explained. She corrects all grammar, explains why and gives alternatives. She is very positive and encouraging.
I have sent emails, other than for the set assignments, to my tutor and her replies again are prompt with relevant comments and plenty of feedback.
You can 'chat' with other students and Writers Bureau are very active in encouraging writing offering all sorts of courses, competitions and writing advice.

I like the fact that there is no pressure on me to complete the assignments on specific dates. I can fit in all my other activities and take time to make sure I have done my best before sending for marking.

The marking is done within 10 days and returned very quickly. My tutor is very good: complimentary and encouraging when he thinks I've done well, and tough when he needs to be.

The syllabus is very comprehensive. All in all, it is an excellent distance learning creative writing course.

Excellent Communications, with first class tutor. Very good information given at start. Perhaps a one-to-one conversation would be helpful before starting the course. I was unsure which course would have suited me best. I think talking on the telephone (or on line) would have helped me to decide which course was best for me.

I have just completed the Creative Writing Course and would thoroughly recommend it. The diverse range, from writing articles, short stories to tv drama, is invaluable and opens up your mind to so many avenues you probably would never have explored. As I have mentioned earlier so far my articles have not been published . Secondly being a full time employee I could not devote more time to do my studies. Hence my speed is very slow. At the out set (after going through the study materials) it is really a professional course.
Though I may be slow now, but I'll achieve my dream of becoming a free-lance writer in due course of time with due professional support from Writers Bureau.
