Firstly, I'd like to correct one point in your reply. At no point did I say that I was "pleased" with my kitchen. I simply stated that the rooms look good overall. Unfortunately, the appearance does not reflect the quality of the installation or the after-sales service we've experienced.
This isn't the first problem we've had. We also experienced issues with our fitted wardrobes. When we had carpets installed, we discovered that the wardrobe doors would no longer open because the incorrect feet had been fitted. That became another lengthy battle and formal complaint before it was eventually resolved. Taking both issues together, it's difficult to have confidence in either the installation or the support provided afterwards.
With regard to the extractor panel, I don't agree with your interpretation of the situation.
The panel may not have appeared on the original kitchen design, but it was installed by your approved fitter during the installation to complete the kitchen around the extractor. It wasn't something I requested, supplied or fitted myself. It formed part of the finished installation carried out by a Wren-approved installer.
If your fitter considered this additional panel necessary to achieve a professional finish, then I believe Wren should also stand behind the workmanship involved in fitting it. The fact that it wasn't shown on the original design doesn't alter the fact that it was installed by your representative as part of completing the kitchen.
There is also one point that I struggle to understand. If Wren's position is that this panel falls outside your responsibility because it wasn't included on the original design, why have you supplied a replacement panel under warranty?
By replacing the panel, Wren has acknowledged that it forms part of the finished kitchen supplied to us. If that is the case, I cannot understand why Wren accepts responsibility for the panel itself but refuses to accept responsibility for replacing a component that was fitted by your own approved installer. Those two positions appear to contradict one another.
I appreciate that you've supplied a replacement panel, but I don't think it's reasonable to expect a customer to arrange and pay for the replacement of a component that was fitted by your own installer. Had the panel been fitted by me or by a third party, I would understand your position, but that simply isn't the case.
Perhaps you could also clarify one further point. If your installer had fitted this panel incorrectly on the day of installation, would Wren have accepted responsibility for correcting the workmanship? If the answer is yes, I struggle to understand why the installation is no longer covered simply because the panel has now failed.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in Wren's installation guarantee. It appears that work carried out by your own approved fitters can fall outside the guarantee simply because it wasn't shown on the original plan, despite being necessary to complete the installation.

I got a for measurement straightaway and then had the kitchen design by Raj Uddin who did a brilliant job and transformed the kitchen into something I had never dream of. Order was placed and delivered on time and had kitchen done within two months. Great team and fun to work with them. They all did a brilliant job. Thanks for their service

I recently visited the Wren Kitchens showroom in Cardiff and had an excellent experience. I was assisted by Matt, who was absolutely superb throughout the process. He even came to my house first to help with the design, and he was so attentive. I changed my mind on the colour and design a couple of times, but nothing was too much trouble for him. With his great knowledge and patience, he really helped me design my kitchen. I’m very happy with the final design and would highly recommend asking for Matt if you're planning a project.

Wren delivered a washing machine/tumble dryer unit and storage shelving today.
It was missing parts.
I don't know what parts.
They just seem to say, wait and see if they turn up, and if not, they will order replacements sometime in the future.
That's no good as I had an installer waiting to install this afternoon and tomorrow.
HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE BEFORW GETTING THROUGH TO SOMEONE.
Never again!!!

Everything went extremely smoothly with no issues. I returned the tap not because it was faulty just changed my mind and was refunded quickly with absolutely no problem. First class service and kitchen units were extremely good quality

Absolutely furious with Wren and would definitely not recommend, the kitchen we had is beautiful but the service and after service is appalling. I had heard rumours of this but have sadly found them to be correct. We have had the kitchen delivered with multiple damaged panels, yes they replace them but we have to keep waiting in for them to come and then when the one arrived it was damaged even worse than the panel it was sent to replace.
We were sold lights that Wrens own installer has advised us we cannot use as they will look awful and Wren have not come up with a solution, they keep blaming it as being 'supplementary' works which is fine I have a good electrician but the issue is the kitchen was designed in a way that we have been advised is incorrect they offered me a refund for the unused lights 6 days ago I responded to say I didn't want a refund I wanted a kitchen finished the way we wanted it to be. You rely on these designers to know what will and won't work so it is disappointing to be sold something that isn't fit for purpose.
Then the cherry on the cake is that we finally had our Quartz work surfaces fitted at a cost of several thousands of pounds. As they were fitted I wasn't invited to check them the fitters quickly left and didn't ask me to sign anything we then noticed a chip on the corner of one of the windowsills. I immediatley raised this with Wren who didn't respond for almost a week and when they did they wanted me to pay £216 for a repair as it was classed as accidental damage. I have responded to say it was delivered that way it is not accidental damage but I dare say I will have to wait days for a response.
I have asked multiple times for their complaints procedure but have had no information provided, I have tried to call but cannot get through and keep getting left on hold for ages!
I just want to get my kitchen finished it has now been three weeks since the installation started and we are still not complete!!
I have also asked for a manager to contact me but again have had nothing.
If you are in the market for a kitchen I would look elsewhere and save yourself an awful lot of bother!

I installed my kitchen in 2023 with a wrench approved installer. It was a horrible experience and I have never been satisfied with what they gave. First off, the door and shelves they installed fell off, which was both catastrophic and dangerous. They offered me no compensation but because it was within warranty did fix it. Second, the laminate wrap on their integrated dishwasher and windows is now coming off. Third I feel the designer rushed us through the design process and there was constant badgering to hurry up and make a purchase. Fourth the proportions of the kitchen are all wrong - the kitchen cupboards sit too low and I constantly bang my head against them. I’m so gutted and wish I’d spent my money elsewhere

After many weeks of backwards and forwards enquires to Wren technical dept regarding a problem we had with our new kitchen decor panels, Jordan managed to solve our problem on our first conversation with him.
Whilst we were told on several occasions previously the correct decor panels would be sent, on 3 separate occasions replacement items were still incorrect and not suitable for our kitchen.
We are now hopeful that Jordan has identified the problem and looking forward to getting the correct items to finish off our new kitchen.

Staff have a very bad attitude.
They blocked off the road without telling other road users what was going on. When approached to find out what was happening (after several minutes of delay), they rudely mentioned that they would be there for 45 minutes, that they had the right to block off the road and anyone who had a problem with it to contact their Rochester office, that people should use google maps on their phone to navigate.
I've not come across a group of adults so rude, not one of them had anything good to say.
I would never use them based on the attitude of staff encountered.

ordering a replacement refrigerator was so easy , i spoke to an extremely helpful and patient lady who helped me through a zoom call so she could see the damage herself , everything was sorted and new refrigerator booked out , i cannot thank her enough for her patience with me as i don't really have much experience with zoom calls and general technology
