Avoid – Warranty Not Honoured and Issues Left Unresolved
We had a Kitchen installed December 2023 and we had an issue at the beginning of December 2025 with the worktop splitting above the dishwasher, and one of the drawer units falling apart. We are now at April 16th 2026 and Wren failed to rectify the problem after many emails and failed promises from Wren we still have the kitchen in the same state nearly 5 month on, with no confirmation of when the issue will be rectified under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would DEFINITELY not recommend Wren to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Bedroom furniture
had a phone call on Friday from the fitter, to clarify he would be starting on the Tuesday 3 march , Paul was punctual and very professional, and done a fantastic job would definitely recommend.

Very thorough!
Received a call which really helped, as I don't live in the property we're renovating it meant I didn't have to wait there wasting time.
The surveyor left no stone unturned and measured absolutely everything in the room, which should hopefully make the designers job much easier in finding solutions for the installation.

A brilliant result and skilled craftsmanship
The carpenter arrived promptly and worked throughout the day to install a fitted wardrobe . He was polite, friendly and professional, willing to adapt the design to our requirements.
We are totally happy with the result, the standard of work is excellent with great attention to detail and the room was left in clean and tidy manner.

Good experience from appointment to postdelivery
We had good experience with Wren kitchen delivery persons. The delivery was on 22nd January 2026. Both delivery team were very experienced to handle kitem items. Overall experience from appointment to bespoke design, predelivery communication, delivery and post- delivery followup was good. I recommend Wren if you are planning to replace kitchen units.
