I was a little apprehensive about buying my kitchen from Wren after reading some negative reviews, but I needn’t have worried. I used the Kirkcaldy branch in Fife and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Imran was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. No matter how many times we went back to make changes or ask questions, he always made time for us — sometimes even at the expense of his own break. He provided all the information we needed and updated the designs exactly as requested. Seeing the changes on screen really helped us make decisions.
We also enjoyed looking around the warehouse to see the different options in person, which is a real advantage over smaller companies and made choosing much easier. The app was very useful too, as it allowed us to clearly see what everything was and keep track of the design. We also really liked the installation guide in the form of a calendar which helped our fitter immensley.
We were kept well informed about delivery arrangements, and the delivery team did a great job placing everything where we asked. There were a couple of minor issues with the kitchen, but Wren followed these up with an aftercare phone call, which was greatly appreciated and showed good customer care. Imran also took time to speak to us.
Only reason for 4 stars was the fact we had the small issues, otherwise would have given a 5 star.
Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Wren Kitchens and the Kirkcaldy team. We are delighted with our new kitchen and cant thank Wren enough for going through the process with us.

We stupidly fell for Wrens ads and bought a whole premium kitchen including induction hob, inbuilt microwave and seperate oven grill.
We paid for our own qualified,electrician who has done lots of previous work for us.
The kitchen was delivered with boxed and plastic covering. When each piece was removed for fitting there was damage to doors, kickboards and worktops. One of the doors had been repainted on the damaged section but still sent out, the door on the small pull out cupboards was broken from its base, the work top had a gouge in it and the kickboard had a huge deep scratch in it but was also packed in plastic and sent to us. This was a Wren premium kitchen. They have agreed to send replacements but it will take four damn weeks!! More time with an unfinished kitchen we cannot use. Plus today 13/04/26 I was electrocuted touching a switch not Wren to blame except to say if they had delivered a ,'premium' kitchen it would all have been fitted and this would not have happened. I am disgusted by this company, their goods, their service and their ads extolling their quality of goods. Next stop for me is a solicitor. Ho to Wickes or BnQ or IKEA leave Wren out for your own health's sake!!

We purchased our kitchen from Wren 18 months ago, the process was simple and the service was exemplary. The kitchen itself is gorgeous and we love it. We've had to contact customer services a few times and the service has been second to none. Emails have been responded to very quickly and the problems resolved just as quick.
If you're thinking of a new kitchen, I couldn't recommend Wren highly enough.

We are just at the design stage and the advice and design input from Kaine and Imran has been superb. They managed to somehow build in everything that we wanted and more with no real compromises.
Looking forward to installation now early next year.
Imran is even going to help us sell our current kitchen!

We ordered a wren BEDROOM in July 2025 and it arrived September in flat packs. The fitter supplied by Wren then came within a week to start the fitting . Within an hour we noticed that one of the units supplied (after an ‘expert designer ‘) was too small and left a 230mm gap which we could have utilised. We contacted our local branch and designer to let them know this and was told it would not be able to fit yet the fitter agreed with us that a bigger carcass would fit. Fitting was immediately halted on the recommendation of the fitter. We asked Wren to supply a new carcass and was told that head office would have to authorise this . Also the boards that finish off the cupboards to the ceiling ( ceiling scribes I think ) were also missing. Anyway at least 15 calls to the branch and being referred to head office and another at least 10 calls to them , and promises every time of a call back to resolve this problem, we have had 1 return call and they were un able to tell us what is happening !!! It’s now been two weeks since the fitter started our bedroom and we have two cupboards built and the rest is still in pieces all over the house . How difficult is it to get one carcass and some boards for the ceiling delivered in order to finish the job . This was not a cheap option at over £4000. Head office need to get their act together and actually listen to customers and at least have the courtesy to call back when they say they will … disgusting way to treat customers…..

Don't ever deal with them . They have no interest at all once you have signed your contract .

Recently fitted a bedroom and no problems what so ever.
Everything was there with no issues at all.
Looks great when finished.
Our sales rep,,,Saffy,,, listened to our needs and budget,came up with a bedroom which is beyond our expectations.
Saffy really knows her job, very professional in her line of work.
She kept us informed with delivery dates etc.
Cant fault her in any way.
Units themselves are of high quality ans sturdy.
Thank you wren bedrooms and especially Saffy.

I’m sharing this to help others avoid the stress and disappointment I’ve gone through also think they are hiding the honest feedback.
Delivery Disaster
I received a broken tower unit on two seperate occasions and a damaged sink unit once.
Side panels were the wrong size, even though the labels showed the correct dimensions – and they were damaged too.
When I raised concerns, a colleague sarcastically said, “Do you think our warehouse is the size of Wembley?” – completely unprofessional.
Customer Care? Not Really
I was told to check the contract, which apparently says if the delay is less than two weeks, I just have to accept it. Quartz worktops don't count.
Customer care also said they recommend storing the kitchen for two weeks before installation – as if most people have space to store an entire kitchen.
The showroom originally said, “Call us if there are any issues”, but after the first problem, they just passed me off to customer care who didn't know about the first problem yet so was waste of time speaking to them.
Quartz Worktop Chaos
My template appointment was supposed to be rescheduled for the week after replacement units arrived.
Instead, I’ve been told to wait until September, then another few weeks for installation.
So I’m left with no kitchen for me the mrs and my three kids.
Their solution? A temporary sink in a few weeks – as if that makes up for everything.
Never mind trying to get kitchen fitter back on multiple occasions or needing to eat out costs when not having kitchen.
Time Wasted, Trust Broken
I’ve spent over a day’s worth of calls trying to resolve this.
I feel mis-sold – once they have your money, they simply don’t care.
I’m now looking into whether I can bring in another company to do the worktops. I’ve been told I can’t cancel, only adjust the surface size. Maybe I’ll ask them to cover a stamp.
Final Thoughts
This was meant to be a life-enhancing decision. It’s turned into a life-altering headache.
I’ve had a kitchen from Howdens before and now deeply regret not going back to them.
Will let you know if done before Christmas.
Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere.

Experience with Wren, Kirkcaldy has been horrendous!!
Would not recommend!!
Once you’ve paid your money they’re not interested in anything that goes wrong or any kitchen item that is delivered damaged.
Imran at Kirkcaldy promised that anything that was delivered damaged would be replaced in 48 hours.
I specifically asked the question before buying from Wren, Kirkcaldy.
Wren used a courier, last minute to deliver my kitchen. No reason given.
The courier tipped the boxes on slabs outside and damaged them.
When asked about it the courier said ‘not our problem!’ ‘Contact Wren fir a new cupboard!’
Three emails and two phone calls later, no response from Wren Kirkcaldy.
When I phoned asking to speak to the manager I was then asked why. I then got told I was down for a phone call 5 minutes later. Very convenient!!
I then got told they’d been busy, had personal problems and been in and out over the weekend!!
I then got told that I’d never been informed about damaged items being replaced in 48 hours!! It couldn’t be done as the kitchen units are made especially for my kitchen.
Totally different to what I was told before I paid my money!!
Wren Kirkcaldy have made this experience an absolute nightmare!!
Hope nobody else has to go through what I’ve had to go through and be treated like this.
Avoid at all costs!!!!
