Very efficient team. The whole experience very good not stressful at all. Everything was explained ordered and was delivered when we were told and well within the time slot. The man who built the open wardrobes was very good he came early and finished well within the timeframe we were given. His work is excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. It is well made and even better than we thought.

It is so very disappointing that i feel obliged to warn customers to be oh so very careful when contracting with Wren
We have used Sharps to fit our bedrooms over the years and have been very happy with the service and quality. However having recently moved into a relatively new house we needed 5 double bedrooms fitting out. Wrens designs, products and prices including the sales person, convinced us to trust them.
The good news was that the rooms have all been fitted out with the work started in June 2025. Wrens fitters were able to box-in the wardrobes in our main bedroom but said the wrong products had been provided to box in the wardrobes in 2 other rooms
We chased for way too long to resolve this but eventually received products to resolve the problem but Wren’s fitters (great people) tell us it was the wrong product to do the boxing in but it would be simple with the right product.
To cut to the chase we are now having to take legal action as Wren are not happy to resolve, with Customer service saying it is not in the contract to do this
Remarkably they have done it very acceptably in the main bedroom;
but want to charge for the two remaining smaller bedrooms despite the designer agreeing all bedrooms to be done the same and the orders being the same
I have not had to take personal legal action against suppliers before, so it will be a new experience (one I could live without) but having been so tolerant of the delays yes 9 months I can’t accept their breach of contract
Having done so much right at the start and expecting to give positive reviews it has become such a frustrating!!
How can their fitters tell me it is simple but the customer service team get it so wrong. How can they do it in one room but not the others and then say that it is not part of the contract over 8 months since the issue was first raised
Prior to this they had convinced us they would resolve!!
Long winded but please ensure if you use them that everything thing is confirmed in detail and even then be prepared for dreadful after sales service.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Wren.
Incorrect countertops were initially supplied, and when the replacement worktops were delivered, they arrived damaged on the front-facing end. I subsequently had to book annual leave to be home for the delivery, and then taking additional days off again to accommodate fitting, only for the replacement to also be damaged.
When installing the kitchen, it became apparent the internal stop tap was inaccessible once the sink unit was installed, although the plan had been followed accurately. This meant we had to instruct a plumber to move our pipe work at our own expense.
We feel completely messed around after repeated errors, additional expense, and unnecessary disruption, Wren have made this an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience

This is not my first kitchen purchase; after my last home I was really excited to design a bigger and better kitchen. I previously purchased with B&Q but due to the 7 years credit with Wren, we chose to purchase a kitchen through Wren.
A mistake.
My experience with Wren has been very poor from start to finish. There were delivery delays when replacement units were requested due to their incorrect measurements taken, a basic requirement of a kitchen provider, and a design process that was unnecessarily long and clearly lacked care and attention to detail and management did not reply to direct emails asking for support.
When issues arose, customer service failed to take ownership, leaving me out of pocket as I had to request the kitchen fitter to return multiple times, including over the Christmas period. A offer of compensation was made & accepted, but 4 weeks later and they have still not paid the cost of the kitchen fitters returned appointments. Communication is slow and unhelpful, and the stress caused by this situation has been completely unacceptable.
I am now escalating this matter to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman due to Wren’s failure to resolve my complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
I would not recommend Wren based on my experience with customer service. However the 3 star review and now less is because I am happy with my kitchen, quality, look. It’s just a shame the services don’t match up.

Our designer Graham took us through everything step by step and stayed as our contact person throughout the process, always on hand for questions and delivered a fabulous service. Quality of product looked good, design was spot on and the price was really good. Surveyor then came out to double check the measurements. Delivery team were great and bang on time on the day they said they’d come. Everything was placed in the right spot with care and attention. The installation team then came and were brilliant. Attention to detail, great craftsmanship….and the finished wardrobes are exactly what we were looking for! The processes were thorough, no issues with contact and responses and quite frankly, offered far more value for money than the traditional fitted wardrobe companies.

We approached wren kitchen by the middle of september and they confirmed they will deliver it before our proposed date as we were in a need of immediate move on to our new house.But last moment wren kitchen changed the delivery date and it was a shocking for us ,because we need to move from our rented house as soon as possible .So we decided to cancel the order, then wren kitchen gave a delivery date as 21 October.Today they delivered kitchen but 1 unit missing. When I called wren kitchen they said, they are going order it and it takes 1 week. Unfortunately our installer is not free next week and we need to move before 25 of Octobetr. Very. verrrryy BAD experience from Wren kitchen, we trusted them so only we removed our old kitchen. Now we are in real trouble and struggling only because of Wren Kitchen.Very irrespnsible staffs and team.
However, now Wren kitchen delivered the remaining parts and our kitchen is complete.

6 months on with a Wren Installed kitchen has been a genuinely upsetting experience. When you pay money for something that is so far below expectations. Wren hide behind contractor instillation teams using them to mitigate having to deal with problems, which is infuriating as they facilitate the installers and even made out that we were getting there best man in the area. If this is true I pity other Yorkshire folk. I’ve had endless remedial jobs I’ve had to do myself as Wrens option is to bring the cowboys back in. Cowboys sounds strong but the cuts are ugly, screws are missing, bits don’t fit, electric wires run through plumbing, the plumbing leaks, the plumbers ability to work was impaired as admitted by the foreman “I’ve just picked him up from the airport he’s just got in from Amsterdam” if he wasn’t still feeling the effect of his trip he needs a new career. The foreman also admitted rushing the job as he need to see the footy. Wren will say this is all the fitters, which they arrange as trusted people on their framework which Wren don’t bother assuring, we were told we would have a visit that never transpired, they can’t hide behind them for the fact the soft shut systems are all braking. Won’t recommend - steer well clear

The sales assistant was very pushy about pinning us down to a date when we would start installation, wanted commitment to put a deposit down & this was just us asking for a design appointment. We eventually booked in design appointment, but then the sales assistant said she needed to check that nothing else would drop not her calendar . Seemed strange when she had booked us in. She left us for 5 minutes and when she returned she announced that she had other things dropping into her calendar & as we had said we might look around at other kitchen providers we should go look at them and the go back to wren when we we actually ready to proceed and that we couldn’t have appointment after all , We 100% are buying a kitchen , this was our first step into that and were basically told to go away. We needed a first look at a design and cost and maybe would have proceeded with them . But due to sales assistant very strange behaviour and her reluctance to give us an appointment we politely left. We had not gone far when the assistant manager phoned us , she said there had been a misunderstanding, but it had seemed clear to us what had happened so 1 star for her ringing to try save the sale .

The worktops in the kitchen design sold to me by the Wren designer did not fit the curved corners. Wren have finally acknowledged that and agreed to supply the correct surfaces, However they refuse to pay for the installation. I have already paid the fitters to fit the worktops supplied as a temporary measure otherwise I wouldn’t have a functional kitchen. Customer Care have been consistently unhelpful and refuse to acknowledge it is their mistake, continually putting it back on me or the fitters. There is no continuity with the only person who has been helpful, I have had 5 different people telling me there is nothing that they are responsible for. Yesterday I had an email saying “I am pleased to see your query is now resolved. I will now close your case with us” it was not a query it was a serious mistake. It is not resolved. DO NOT USE WREN this is extremely stressful, I feel completely disrespected, ignored, and ridiculed as if I am wrong and they are absolutely innocent, denying all responsibility for a mistake that has been made by one of their designers.

Visited their store in Harrogate today and I asked the female sales person if I could discuss the price of a unit I was looking at.
She looked like I had disturbed her sat in her seat and frowned at me and said "I can't give you a price." When I asked "how do you sell kitchens" she said I can only give you a price for a minimum of five units.
I didn't tell her that I was looking for a several units as I got the feeling it would be hard work dealing with her. Minimalist and negative interaction from the lady is being generous.
When I was walking away my partner saw he pull a face behind my back, by way of turning up her lip at one side as though I was dirt apparently.
My gut feeling was correct, this wasn't a place for me to buy kitchen units from.
