Very positive experience with Wren Eastbourne so far and the customer service/delivery team. Louise has been extremely efficient on our visits to select/finalise kitchen. Any queries the team at the same branch have been very helpful. Delivery went smoothly. Wrong item replaced with no fuss asap by Crystal. Just finishing checking as our own kitchen fitter/builder is now with us now but Crystal on the end of the phone at this last stage. I would highly recommend the service and the quality looks great in the boxes.

From the minute I had my appointment with Chanelle (Eastbourne branch) I knew I was in excellent hands. She helped me plan the kitchen I'd be dreaming of for years! She was, friendly, patient, helpful and creative. She was on email if I had any additional questions and I had plenty.
I had no issues with delivery (they turned up as expected and i was kept informed of arrival time. I live in a 2nd floor flat, it was not an easy delivery, but the guys sorted it all and with no lift access.
Fitters, again turned up when expected, friendly, professional, clean, tidy and quick, the fit is beautiful. Neil was knowledgeable and again talked to me about any issues that needed attention, also gave me tips for looking after everything.
Electrician, Ryan, again absolutely professional and quick, he rewired my kitchen, sorted out the new and old appliance requirements, love my new under cupboard strip lighting.
All in all, a great experience. It's palways slightly stressful when something is costing a lot of money, I overthought everything, but can't recommend enough. Wish I'd done it years ago!

Bedroom not complying with design. The bedside cabinets were not supplied in accordance with the design. When I contacted them they said that when I signed the contract it stated that the preassembled cabinets needed to be altered by me after delivery. This small print was never pointed out by the Wren designer. It seems like all the company wants is an order and payment and then they wash their hands of the customer.

Fantastic aftercare service, we purchased a kitchen 4 years ago very pleased with the whole process… move forward 4 years we had an issue with our microwave we purchased that was a fitted Neff microwave Disappointed with Neff response however Wren kitchens shone they helped us resolve the issue thank you very much for your professionalism and your support especially Rees who helped us in resolving the issue …

Wrens case manager contacted me apologising for service extra and offered us £555 which we accepted.
But it doesn’t end there it gets worse.
We still don’t have the refund one cheque was cancelled to early because it took forever to arrive so I requested a simple bank transfer which she said no to at first then when next cheque didn’t arrive she agreed to a bank transfer.
So I waited for that to happen and still it hasn’t so I kept emailing her saying it hasn’t gone in and could she phone me which didn’t she just emailed saying money had gone in!
I said no it hasn’t and was asked to check my account!
Completely insulting my intelligence.
I was then sent a picture as ‘proof’ that money been sent.
I then took it upon myself to phone my case manager back and say to her it’s not gone in.
She said I need to contact my bank!
It all got very heated understandably with what I’ve been put through with this company.
I phoned my bank and they said money had not gone in my account and I need to phone wrens back and they need to give me transaction reference date & time money transferred.
So again I phoned them back!
I was told case manager on lunch and financial department very busy so email sent & could take some time for them to get back to me.
So now here I am stressed to the hilt by their total incompetence fobbing me off with countless emails and £555 which I’m sorry but this is an unacceptable amount with all what’s happening currently. They should be giving me all my money back!

Update
Received email to say money being transferred again.
So not accepting responsibility for any refund that should have gone in.
I phoned the bank & countless emails to Wrens.
I also asked them to phone me and they didn’t .
I feel it was down to me completely to sort this mess out!
The money is now in my account which I feel now should be more with my stress and time spent.
I really hope they learn from this .

Exceptional service
Our Wren kitchen experience was better than we could of hoped for. I was worried at first as I'd heard some negative reviews when shopping around. But I can truly say I'm glad we chose wrens. Kiran at the Eastbourne branch was fantastic. She came out and measured up and even pointed out some snags that we had to problem solve that another company had not picked up on, which would of been a shock when fitting the kitchen. Being able to use the virtual 3d tour was great as well, giving you a real feel as to how your new kitchen would be. The delivery went smooth and the delivery guys are very careful to protect your home putting protection down on the floor. The kitchen was delivered in perfect condition, the only thing was we had 3 shelves sent the wrong size. But this was soon rectified. We ordered on the Sunday and had them delivered by Tuesday. Overall very very happy with our kitchen

Had a lovely experience at wren Eastbourne, after getting my bedroom furniture fitted. I was served by a lovely lady called Chanelle who really helped me and my husband. The measurements were all good and we are really happy with the results.

To put it simply it was not just the product from Wren kitchens but the person that made it possible. Martin Ware at Eastbourne was an absolute genius! He made the entire process from start to finish absolutely fantastic. I am a very opinionated person but he handled me with grace and interpreted my ideas into the absolute perfect kitchen whilst making everything seem like my idea!! 😂 from the original design to the flooring and appliances every single detail was perfect! He also saved us money wherever possible.
I cannot recommend Martin enough! If you have the opportunity please take a visit to him. However if you can’t, Wren kitchens are still fantastic and we are so amazingly pleased with ours.

Wren themselves were okay but do not use their fitters we are renovating our property the fitter refused to start on the chosen day stating that the plaster was to wet to fit the cabinets bearing in mind the wall was plastered 4 days prior and the only part that was still drying was not having any cabnets on them but that's fine we accepted that. We didn't hear anything for over a week and only got a response after contacting wren themselves we finally got another appointment almost a month later. The fitters showed up on Friday then "finished" on the Monday only to have all the rubbish from the install left in the middle of the living room, no plumbing done, no appliances connected and the most annoying part is the newly plastered wall the one they wouldnt fit the kitchen because of has had large chunks taken out of it after contacting wren to we were informed that connecting of appliances is classed as supplementary and charged at an additional cost. Since when did paying to have your kitchen fitted by a wren approved fitter result in not having a finished kitchen by the end of it. To be honest the worst part was just the absolute lack of care to anything we had some paint rollers and bits in the conservatory to protect them from the dust to try and avoid anything on them when we paint only to find them scattered across the dusty floor not even attempted to be put just left where they fell
