Very pleasant and had our kitchen measured up in no time. A few questions to ask initially, but after that let us get on with our day as he did his thing.
Called prior to visit and attended on time, something I'm sure people value highly. Nothing worse than being lied to and waiting around all day

We had a couple of issues with a door…
We had a couple of issues with a door delivered damaged, this also occurred with the replacement door, I rang Wren customer services and spoke to a gentleman called Nicholas, he was very understanding and empathetic and ensured that the next replacement would be checked and with adequate packaging, after receiving the door he rang the following day to ensure the door was ok ( which it was) Nicholas was extremely helpful throughout and is obviously a great asset to the customer service team at Wrens

He came in, explained what he was here for
Surveying our kitchen to make sure when we attend our design appointment we can see our vision come to life.
He took around 45 minutes but wasn’t intrusive, a very easy process

Great experience
We were a bit sceptical about choosing Wren Kitchens when reading some of the reviews. However we had looked around at other kitchens and came back to Wren because we loved the range they had to offer.
Our experience from start to finish has been brilliant. We had a great designer (Dawn from the Durham branch), she listened to everything we wanted in our new kitchen and didn’t disappoint.
We said we wanted the best fitter and we were willing to wait until he was available (which we did). Anth and his team worked very quickly and even worked on a Bank Holiday!
We would have given 5 stars but had to mark it down due to having been sent 2 different extractor fans. We had to wait for the correct one to be sent out, which meant we had to wait for the job to be completed.
All in all we had a great experience with Wren kitchens. A huge thanks the Dawn, Anth and team for letting us achieve what we wanted in our dream kitchen.

Brilliant timekeeping, Tim called 15 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way. Really friendly and professional, clearly knew what he was doing and made me feel like I could trust his work. Offered to cover shoes etc - polite and respectful of my home.

Tim M was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He kept in good contact with us, letting us know his time of arrival and was very warm and friendly. His customer service was exceptional, he’s extremely knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in good hands!
