We had already more or less designed our kitchen but Calley understood so easily what we wanted, she was very thorough at showing available options and nothing was to much trouble for her. She is very relaxed as she is excellent at her job which puts you at ease for such a big purchase.
This rating is only for design and order process as we are still awaiting delivery and installation, but I would highly rate Calley at Dundee and her product knowledge and design ideas.

I honestly cannot thank Adam at Wren Dundee enough for everything he did for me throughout my kitchen journey. From start to finish, he went completely above and beyond in every possible way. I will admit myself that I was probably one of the most challenging customers ever — I am unbelievably picky, changed my mind a million times, obsessed over every tiny detail, and wanted everything absolutely perfect. Not once did Adam make me feel like a burden.
He was endlessly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always took the time to listen, reassure me, and help bring my vision to life. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was happy was honestly exceptional.
Because of Adam, I now have my absolute dream kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. It’s everything I hoped for and more. Wren should be incredibly proud to have someone like him on their team because he is an absolute asset to the company. Outstanding customer service like this is so rare nowadays, and Adam truly deserves recognition for how amazing he is at his job.

We have just bought a kitchen from Wren and the sales advisor Adam Drewitt in the Dundee store was superb.
Very professional, explained everything thoroughly, gave us plenty of thinking time and was generally a delight to work with.

Wrong measurements taken, kitchen didn’t fit, several large items missing from order, quality didn’t match what was shown in store, after sales was shocking and very unhelpful and rude.

The transport team kept me fully informed on the timing of the delivery and arrived at the appropriate time. The delivery was to my 3rd floor tenement flat and can only be classified as a very challenging and strenuous location. Ross & Gibson carried out the heavy lifting without complaint and their service exceeded my expectations. The transport team are a credit to Wren Kitchens.

I contacted Wren Dundee last summer as we were moving house in October and would need a new kitchen. Calley kept in contact with me to check on how the move was going and we arranged an appointment with her once we had moved in. I knew what I thought I wanted and Calley came up with really good ideas which we took on board. When I asked her to alter the plan to include a washing machine she had the plan amended and sent through to me within 10 minutes of my phone call. Her friendly and professional approach and knowledge of kitchen design and products made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. This is the second kitchen we have purchased from Wren Dundee and I can highly recommend both the designers and the product.

It wrong so many times He could only promise it wouldn’t happen again After being informed wrongly twice right at start, Deposit refunded , no management call from head office, Waited over another week as per their reply to this feedback and nothing , so went got money

So many things go wrong even at start, Alarm bells should have been ringing
However still went through process
Large deposit etc etc Then reading small print and you find there is to be more charges then told ahhh thought you were told this and that, now cancelled I’ll need to wait in dep etc and what a waste of my time and building new ideas and keeping wife happy, Which makes it even worse, I was warned about this company but genuinely thought I’d done all my hope work boy was I wrong .

So far, everything has gone swimmingly well! I made an online appointment for a free kitchen survey and fortunately Benjamin was able to fit me in earlier than planned. This meant that I could similarly be fitted in for a showroom appointment with Calley - which resulted in my leaving two hours later having paid the initial deposit on my new kitchen! Both Benjamin and Calley were super helpful, polite, and very generous with their time. Calley, in particular, shone with all her clever suggestions for special fixes that were needed here and there. She talked everything through really clearly and never pushed or forced any aspects.

It's hard to like Wren. They do some good things, but scratch the surface and some of their actions and approaches are difficult to live with. Whilst the quality of their product is OK (but no better than Howdens or Magnet) their hard sell approach based on discounts they say are due to end, but never do, can be uncomfortable. But it's when things go wrong that they really start to stumble. Yes their "customer service" is fine if you have a broken part or something missing, once you get hold of them but if it's something more impactful, that's when you really wish you'd gone somewhere else. For our kitchen, it's clear that the designer with whom we worked, failed to point out certain compatibility constraints between appliances and furniture. So, as we didn't like any of their compact laminate worktops (which customer service later denied they even sold) we chose a different supplier (Howdens). We picked a new Bosch induction hob from their list of products they could supply at prices matched to the likes of AO. All fine and dandy at the time. But when it came to installation (we declined their installation service because it is just a "dry fit") the hob couldn't be installed on the worktop (although it was the same thickness as the Wren ones). And this is where Wren shows its true colours. Out came the contract which they used to pass the responsibility back to us as "that's what it says in the contract" and "you were supposed to check this -it says so in the contract" etc. Their contract pack is a big one and there's a lot to digest. But for something so critical, it would be reasonable to expect the designer to make specific reference to it as we went through the inventory. That didn't happen. He just added the hob to the inventory without questioning anything.
So the key message to anyone thinking of a Wren kitchen is make 100% sure you read all the fine print because they will use it in their favour if you do anything that falls outside its terms. Of course a company is entitled to have contracts and within its rights to enforce them. But it should also make more effort before the contract is signed to communicate any vital game stopping issues that could arise if you are not willing to sign up to the full Wren package.
When challenged about this, they did not know their own products, the information on their website relating to the hob contradicted their own contractual advice AND the guidance from the manufacturer. How non installers/ kitchen designers are supposed to track all of this down and make the right decision is unclear. If you get it wrong, well that's all down to you.
There are many ways in which Wren could turn what was an "OK" experience into a great one but they don't seem to want to do that. Instead what happens is they turn it into a miserable one.
Fortunately we had brilliant, capable, caring local installers who overcame many of the issues you inevitably find when replacing a kitchen and have dealt with the various obstacles created by Wren either unwittingly or by their rigidity.
Would I choose Wren again? No, not a chance.
Final word to anyone looking at them. The list price for their product is a joke. Nobody would ever pay that for a Wren kitchen when you could get a really good German made one for similar money. Beware of their installation approach and make sure you understand its limitations. Grill your designer on every single aspect of the proposal and don't be taken in by all the fancy VR images. Nice, but that doesn't ensure it will be a good installation.

Had a brilliant experience when I recently bought my kitchen, Wren Kingsway Dundee. Adam was amazing and came up with several designs, the final one is now fitted. I now have the most beautiful kitchen and it all went so smoothly. Nothing was too much
trouble for Adam, he was knowledgeable about all the products and very kind with his time and patience! Beautiful kitchen units,
delivery guys were fabulous, packaging was superb. Big thanks to Adam in Dundee. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wren.

Enquired about a new kitchen in Dundee branch. Great customer service until it was all signed.
From then on, we took on their recommended fitter, never again!
Nearly 2 and a half years on, still waiting on repair jobs to be done, plumbing was not done properly, burst a pipe, have had to get a different company to do repair jobs and spend more money to resolve it.
Kitchen floor splitting, trim coming off kitchen drawer, skirtings unfinished and not repaired properly.
To top it all, still waiting on an electrical certificate which we paid £100 for, still with their electricians.
The kitchen from Wren itself isn’t bad but the workmanship is disgusting and we have never fully enjoyed the kitchen, previously got in touch with Wren, they’re not interested.
Think carefully and do research folks.

Ordered a fitted Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables from Wren.
The customer service in the shop itself in Dundee was great, the staff friendly and helpful. The appointments were on time and options and advise regarding the best deals for the wardrobes were given.
Once ordered the shop had a pretty difficult time to find an installer and there was some chasing up from my side required to get this done.
Once an installer had been allocated to this job, a date of delivery and installation was set.
The delivery was very smooth, on time and well communicated. The installation sadly not as simple. The date arrived when the installer was supposed to come and after waiting most of the morning with no show, I contacted Wren. I was given a number for the installer to contact, and he advised me that he is now having his MOT for his van today, but might be able to come tomorrow. No further communication, no sorry for the inconvenience of having prepared everything for installation today.
Further messages ignored, so I contacted Wren to advise of this problem. After Wren got in contact with the installer and I messaged him again as well, a date next week was agreed. I was not filled with confidence, but to my suprised the installer did attend that day and did manage to get all 5 pieces of furniture installed. He was pleasant and did do a good job in the end.
I had also booked waste disposal, so the installer did move all of the waste into the front yard which was appreciated.
A week had passed and there had been no email/communication regarding the waste disposal company attending, so I phoned Wren customer service and got this booked. They attended today and removed the waste.
All in all: I do like my wardrobes but they are certainly not cheap... so for the price I expected a bit more of a proactive customer service. The customer service wasn't downright bad, but there certainly was frustrations and quite a bit of chasing them required to get things sorted and moving.

after spending over 40 minutes in shop with a pre booked no obligation design we never got one as we were not ready to purchase and pay a 10% deposit on the day after we told salesman this he lost all interest we verbally told him to take down what we were looking for but he never and said that they would get back to us im not holding my breath and to be frank wont be using Wren for our kitchen or any other kitchen we purchase for other properties

We moved into a knew house and wanted to extend the kitchen. I noted the existing kitchen was wren so called them.
I was told I was not their customer as it was already installed by the previous owner and was basically told they weren't interested. I was disgusted with the way I was spoken to and the short shift given. So replaced it all with a more user friendly option and probably considerably cheaper!
Just a pity you can't upload photos. The joints have also let in water and swollen. Easily prevented by using glue or a decent sealant to ensure this doesn't happen. In fairness to Wren I can't see me ever using an expensive company like this when I can install it myself.

Our Wren Kitchen was installed in Early June 2025. The fitter identified some faulty components that needed to be replaced several phone calls to Customer services and 36 email exchanges our issues remain unresolved. Today replacement doors fronts arrived 2 correct, 1 wrong today September 01 2025 despite our 35 emails setting out exactly what replacement parts were needed. The after sales customer is dire, the staff have product knowledge and it's difficult to resolve any issues. 3 months on from installation we still await to have issues resolved. Wren simply don't care once they have your money and signed the contract. Don't use take your monies elsewhere to business that cares and provides good after Sales service, A 20k kitchen we now have no love of.
