Missed a part I specifically asked the designer for in first meeting and now it’s costing me for fitters to come back, much more than the part. Felt pressured into signing by a certain date due to expiry of sales offer and relied on them to note and include. A few other things I might not have decided on if I had been made more aware of such as a back board on worktop. an electrical pack I recall asking specifically and they can’t remember. Now contract been signed, double downed and basically saying tough, you had opportunity to check. They forget to mention that once a sale ends a new one starts.

The guys, Jamie and Joshua, were really polite and helpful and put everything where it needed to go, esp with such long worktops we overcome it with no problems at all.

On moving into the area and our new home, I needed to make an add-on to a Wren Kitchen.
We were so lucky to be helped and advised by Emily Munday, a very pleasant and helpful young lady.
Emily helped us choose something that really suited the space we had. We cannot thank her enough for her proffessionalism. Emily has continued to help us with all our questions even once the installation was completed. Our installation was carried out by Matthew Valentine, an amazing Carpenter and installer. No job too much. It was a pleasure dealing with both of these individuals. Thank you

Peter Hawthorne made the experience enjoyable. Knowledgeable about the products great advice designing scenarios to see if they were better suited to us Nothing was too much trouble (and a great cup if coffee). Excellent service

Great support with choosing the new kitchen with Leonnie in-store. Leonnie helped us redesign the kitchen even better than what we originally wanted.
The delivery team was really good when delivering the kitchen. Ryan and Daniel were very respectful of the property. There's a bit of a walk to get to our house from the road. Both worked really hard to get the kitchen into our house and took care in stacking it in the back rooms.

Terrible experience with Wrens, would never recommend to anyone. Items missing from order, overcharged for wrong items, unhelpful staff, messed up delivery slot. Told one thing and do another. Never get a call back. Just take your money. Wish we went to Howden.

John Wingate was very proffessional, friendly and hard working, done a great job fitting our wardrobes.
Only one downside ( not due to John but more of a design fault). But John gave us a great idea how to have the problem rectified which we will take to the designer at Wrens showroom.

We are really pleased with our Wren bedroom, John Wingate fitted it today. He did an expert job building it and left the space clean and tidy after. Highly recommend.

Wren installation was very good all furniture well fitted and I was kept informed of progress as the fitters installed the wardrobes and dressers. Second time we’ve used Wren and would recommend them highly.

100 percent to Leonie at the Broadstairs branch, we came few years ago to get a design for a kitchen but didn’t like the design so we choose not to, thought I’d try again and wow Leonie has designed us a beautiful kitchen to our budget and to my my taste, nothing was rushed she listens and gives us all the information we needed, I’ve also come back to change bits and again she made time for us to make sure it was perfect.
Lovely lady and will recommend any of my friends/family that looking for kitchens to go to her.
Thank you Leonie your a credit to wrens 😁

It has now been over two months to complete / finish my mothers kitchen. Initially, Wren promised that it would take 10 days to complete and now two months later my 94 year old mother is still waiting.
Truthfully, since we complained three weeks ago to Wren about this small fit to a chalet bungalow, things have moved on and my mum can now wash up in the sink and cook in the oven, However, she still cannot use the fridge / freezer because the door does not close, more parts have to be ordered due to default items (another week lost!) and many items remain to be finished.
Our complaints have been met with political rhetoric with 'I am monitoring ' and 'completion will be this week' (10th November) but the truth is - the fitter is overworked with other jobs and Wren Management do not care about the client - it's all showroom glitz and broken promises. To quote Wren: 'We work with you from start to finish' The question is - when will it be finished?
I'll leave it up to the reader to decide if they want the same problems that we have faced. I agree with the company when they quote: 'We like to do things a little differently'. They certainly do!!!

Very disappointed with my experience.
The showroom team were helpful at design stage but my shoe rack which I really wanted and was on my design was not included in my order when the fitters went to fit it. The showroom were most unhelpful over this and I was told I had not ordered this item but could now buy it and arrange to pay to have it fitted. I honestly feel once they have your money they don't care.
I had trouble getting hold of the fitter and again no help from anyone
The fitter was at my house for over 9 hours only for me to discover once he had left 3 damaged units. It took ages to sort this out until one person at customer care decided to help. Replacements ordered and date given for them to be delivered however no date for fitting. When I contacted customer service was told an e mail had been sent which I never received. A number of calls to the fitter and wrens . Then told a different day for fitting. As I write I have no idea when the fitter will come. I am also very disappointed with the wardrobes they do not go up to the ceiling so are not fully fitted and the quality is no better than a fraction of the ikea price. I really dont know if by the time I have finished paying for them if they will still be stading . Would not recommend anyone to buy from Wren

Wren lorry delivering to my neighbour smashed into our house causing damage. Nobody left a note or got in touch about it so had to visit our local showroom to get help. Was given a telephone number to call customer service but you need an 8 digit number to speak to anyone. Hoping someone from Wren will see this. Fortunately for us all was caught on camera. Tried emailing but no response.

We had 4 wardrobes planned more than a year ago. One took more than 4 months to complete and is still not fitted properly. The big one in the main bedroom was planned and measured by WREN and we made the changes to the radiator thay they agreed at messurment would be needed. They then came back out to check measurements and it was found that they had measured incorrectly and the wardrobes would not be able to be fitted. We were advised to cancelle to get the deposit back. When we asked for compensation re the changes we made they then told me that we had cancelled it so it was our choice. This has all taken nearly a year. The last one is still not fitted . I would never use Wren again.

Very poor service, lots in the small print that you do not realise. Not sure who supplies a several thousand pound kitchen without unit legs and handles. Poor communication. Joins in the worktop in several places that was not made clear to us as really not happy with this. Assured we would get a wheelchair round the island due to the spacing they had allowed, maybe a toy wheelchair but not a real one so had to change in with the fitter to actually fit what we needed and had asked for. A wrong unit sent and 2 months later still waiting for this to be rectified. Would strongly advise against using Wren

I had my kitchen designed in spring 2025 by Wren Broadstairs. It seemed OK at first. In retrospect, the experience did feel a bit rushed and I wasn't 100% comfortable but I assumed people would know what they were doing better than me. After the fitting, the fitter himself pointed out that they had not supplied anything to cover the flue pipe and there was a random piece of clear splashback which was discussed during the design but I wasn’t ready to decide so said no to it. There was also an extremely cheap and ugly cutlery divider which I categorically refused during the design process. I was charged an extra £58 for these unwanted items which in the grand scheme of how much the whole kitchen cost is nothing but it’s a major erosion of trust and confirms my feeling during the design stage that it was all a bit slapdash and careless. They did swiftly refund me for this in fairness but I’m still annoyed and confused how it happened in the first place. However, it is baffling that the flue pipe wasn’t boxed in during the design. It looks so unfinished. Why on earth would my designer not say anything about this? It’s so weird!! I have now been liaising with Wren for a few weeks and it’s so frustrating. The responses initially were generic, cut and paste style things and then switched to confusing email responses and promises of phone calls that don’t materialise. One of their emails, says that Wren are committed to exceeding expectations which is quite funny. At no stage of the process have Wren come close to meeting minimal expectations.
Furthermore, the subcontractor who fitted the kitchen did a bit of supplementary work and have also done quite a sloppy job. Between Wren and the contractor, I’ve paid close to 10K and my kitchen is scruffy and unfinished.
Just be really careful with Wren. Make sure you are on the case of the designer and the fitter and that you go over everything with a fine-toothed comb. Because they definitely won’t. I regret using Wren. The quality of the cupboards themselves are OK but generally, my kitchen makes me feel quite sad these days.

Spent out a fortune on our Kitchen & still paying for it (two years old) we love the kitchen but the after care is appalling!!!
Several issues which have been solved albeit a bit tedious but now we have a leak on a pipe connecting to the dishwasher which has blown some lighting.We spoke to Wrens & they are just not interested in getting it resolved,apparently it’s supplementary works & does not fall under the warranty! So basically the warranty is useless..Just called an emergency plumber out to fix this leak which is going to cost me around £200…thanks for not helping & the stress!! Very disappointed

I have been delighted with my Wren kitchen from the initial ordering with Antony in Broadstairs store to the follow up and ongoing support from Mark throughout the installation, the customer service was fantastic and the product looks amazing, if there were any damaged items they were replaced immediately, I would highly recommend Wren for the quality product and the fantastic customer service.
