Absolutely disgusted with this company
Absolutely disgusted with this company. I recommended them to my daughter who was firstly intimidated into signing for the kitchen saying there had to be something in it for him!! The fitter who agreed to do the kitchen signed out of it last minute and she wasn’t advised. The kitchen has been delivered, she has took hers out. No fitter has turned up pre fit or today. Several emails sent and over 6 calls promising a manager to call back they never did. Now without a kitchen and two children it’s disgusting. The stress it’s causing and lacking of cooking facilities and washing facilities is a joke. Do not use this company. Just been told a third fitter might be available in a weeks time so don’t even know what happened to the 1st and second fitters who Wren can’t get hold of!!

My Experience.
Wren really push you to use your own builder, but I’d say always get Wren to install it themselves. If you use your own fitter, it just feels like they’ve got an excuse to avoid responsibility, because they can blame your builder for any issue and say the warranty has been affected.
I’d also stay away from any “recommended” mates of staff. From my experience, and my sibling’s too, things only seem to go smoothly when Wren are fully responsible for the kitchen fitting. If something goes wrong, go straight to customer service, not the showroom staff or designer, because they didn’t seem to care. And don’t get pulled in by the fake friendly “mate/brother” talk, because in the end you’re just a number.
