Update – May 2026
The situation remains unresolved.
The installation is still incomplete across multiple areas, and we are still waiting for a clear and final completion plan. There is an ongoing disagreement regarding key elements of the agreed design which we believe have not been completed as specified.
Since raising our initial concerns in February 2026, the matter has been passed between multiple representatives, with repeated assurances that the issue would be taken forward and resolved. Despite this, there has been no clear ownership of the complaint and no consistent progress towards completion.
Communication has been inconsistent, and we have often had to follow up repeatedly to obtain updates. The process has taken significantly longer than expected, with no clear timeline for resolution.
For transparency, our original review was temporarily taken offline by Trustpilot after being flagged for verification. We have since provided documentation confirming that our review relates to a genuine order and installation.
Based on our experience to date, we would not choose to use this company again.
Despite everything above, the underlying issues remain unchanged and the installation has still not been completed.
We will provide a further update once the works have been completed or a resolution has been reached.

We went to wren to have a bedroom design which we where 100% happy with and even agreed to have the installation with the package included. The installer was respectful and fitted the units really well, was just doing the last finishing touches which included a mirror on the door as they where unwrapping the mirror noticed it had damage to it which happen in transport he contacted wren and a new mirror was ordered. This is when the bad experience started the new mirror came so I rung up the showroom we ordered from to state it had came and was told on the phone you have been scheduled for Friday the 13th and the installer will be in touch, anyway the I haven’t heard a single thing so this morning contacted the showroom and asked what is happening and was told someone from the installation team will be in touch over four hours had gone by and I haven’t heard anything so I rung up again and was on hold for over 20mins before someone picked up the phone. I was told again someone will be in touch and I even asked this will happen and was told yes so waited again and just before 6 I haven't heard a thing so rung again explained again for the third time today and then was magically put through to the assistant manager and the store and then blame shifting started the assistant was on the phone for over an hour to the installation team an no one picked up the phone but raised a ticket. Then was told they had an appointment so forgot to call me back then so no communication then after a back and forth conversation was told I can’t do anything so I asked if he could ring the head office then was told customer care is shut until Monday as they don’t do weekends so as it stands I guessing I’m getting a call from the installation team in 48 hrs , 2 working days really bad after sales experience not got a lot of hope at the moment we shall see

All of them very personable, mindful and made the experience easy. When it comes to the delivery, they were so caring of our belongings and home, even though we're doing a complete refurb. Can't wait to see it be fitted next week.

Police involved, threats to kill! Read on for the story! So we paid Wren for installation of kitchen, excluding supplementary works. We got an estimate from the fitter of around £5k for the supplementary works. The estimate was itemised to include the electrics for under cabinet lighting. This was not completed so we paid £4.5k and withheld £500 for the work that was not completed. The installer demanded full payment and then said he would come to our home to 'fu*k me up!" unless I pay him. Police were called and they said that this could constitute a "threat to kill" a serious offence. So I called Wren and told them they said they are very sorry but this is nothing to do with them as it is between us and the installer. Even though the installer was provided by Wren but appearantly they do not want to know. I said can we get a discount or refund on the money we paid to them for the fitting they said no! So we now need to pay another £5k to rip out the kitchen in order to do the electrics for the cabinets and then replaster, re-tile and fit the cabinets again. But Wren say this is nothing to do with them. I find it very disturbing that one could purchase a kitchen from Wren and then get death threats and they don't care! Be warned!!!!!
UPDATE
After investigation by Wren, as expected they say that the issues are between us and the installer and nothing to do with Wren. I find this staggering as we paid Wren for the installation and they provided the installer but because they do not employ the installers they are able to wash their hands when things go terribly wrong. Absolutely terrible, if you are reading this please do not use Wren! Look at all the terrible 1 star reviews, be warned!!

Wren, from the get go has been a terrible experience.
We were sold a countertop majority of their fitters cannot work with (compact laminate). On our consultation we were told "It's a new product to us, but any issue are for us to sort out, you don't need to worry" this was a flat out lie.
We were then assigned fitters who cannot work with compact laminate (Wren knew this at time of assignment) and then wanted me, the customer to pay for them to get a contractor to do the install.
We wanted a stress free experience by going with Wren, we pay the money, you make and sort out or kitchen, this has been the opposite.
The only resolution to the counter top was to upgrade to a more expensive one, which has put us over budget, just met with repeated "sorrys" which mean nothing when calling the show room to sort out the problem.
Our designer went on on annual leave, and we didn't know, and the designer who amended the kitchen with the new counter tops didn't stick with the original designed, changed it as they saw fit, so had countless phone calls to get this adjusted.
Flooring got removed from the quote, so was never delivered with the kitchen, and the earliest delivery date is 10 days time, while the kitchen is already half way installed.
Quartz counter top template appoint, the templater arrived at our house ~30mins before the last unit would be installed so they can begin, and told me they cannot wait and instantly left.
So the kitchen will not be fully complete in the time frame we were given, due to delays from Wren.
I understand things like this can happen, but what really upsets me is the lack of compassion from Wren, they just give you empty "sorrys" and do nothing to help, just repeating things like "we don't have the power to do anything here, call customer hub when the job is complete" which is ridiculous thing to say to a customer.
The kitchen is nice, and the quality is nice, and the price is good compared to others, but that is the only positive.
Would not be able too, in good conscience recommend Wren to anyone.
UPDATE: New template appointment was given to me THREE weeks from today, add in the extra two weeks for the quartz to be cut, delivered and installed. That leaves us without a working kitchen, to make food, and wash dishes, and use clean drinking water for up to FIVE weeks. Awaiting a response from the quartz team.
UPDATE 22/07/2025: Despite having a response saying someone will reach out to me, no one has yet. After some complaining, did manage to get our quartz template brought forward and that is now being installed on the 25th.
