Since our first listing in 2018, It's been a journey with over £10.5 million worth of property sold. From starting as Wirral Residential Buyers Auctions to having a rebrand in 2020 to WRB Auctions. It's great to look back and see how far WRB Auctions have come as a company and how many great things we have achieved by listening to sellers and what they want to achieve. It's been great to chat with many buyers and find out their motivation to buy at auction. What have I learned over the past five years in selling auction property? No day is the same, be prepared to meet amazing people with tremendous stories. Listen more than you talk. Go that extra mile when you can. You can't list them all. You can't sell them all. Be honest, and as long as you give 100%, then you can't go wrong. So what's next? Well, they have been my auction partner since the start of the journey. I am excited to say I will be starting another journey with SDL Property Auctions as a valuer covering the Wirral and Liverpool. I am really pleased with the service when I bought my latest investment property. Ray communicated well even out of hours whilst I did my due diligence prior to offering. He got involved and dealt with matters himself when he could have quite easily just referred me to someone else.
