Fantastic experience and hospitality! Watching the semi finals at Wimbledon this year was and incredible experience! The seats and hospitality on offer were 1st class! Thomas did an incredible job to get us last minute tickets and overdelivered on the experience. Cannot recommend enough

The communication was excellent, I called and someone answered the phone immediately. No switchboard or numbers to key in.
Tickets came through the day before and the seats were in the section that related to our ticket zone.

So i bought for my family about 4 months before 5 tickets for each game of Romania's Euro Team. Guess WHAT? Yesterday was the second game and i didn't received the tickets. Also before first game, we received 2 hours before the match start. I talked with some lawyer and they try to figure it out and shut down the site and the company. I also wrote an email but no answer for this things. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM HERE!! My family came to GERMANY and didn't received the TICKETS!!

Ordered two tickets for a football match in Newcastle.
Travelled 1.700km to Newcastle for the match.
Tickets delivered !!! 2 hours before the kick-off !!!
Seats not together, far apart eachother + one of the tickets was supposed for Junior (we were two adults).
Customer support does not answer AT ALL.

ADVICE: do not believe with this company will go everything smoothly. You will be asked to provide the pictures of your ID + credit card. If you fail to do this, I believe they don´t provide the tickets + would tell, it is your fault not receiving what was ordered.

I was truly skeptical about this site; they asked for my ID to verify the card is mine; I kept sending messages 47 to be exact and calling everyday asking for my tickets, I have told them the Hayya codes were inactive where in reality I put a wrong category, and I called them 20+ time a day asking about my tickets but through all this they WERE NEVER RUDE but kept telling me they will give me the tickets 48 hours in advance

Fast forward all this I had my tickets 48 hours in advance all 3 together and all three LEGIT
we had an amazing time!! Thank you so much JAMES for really taking all of my calls and never once being unprofessional or rude although we called you so many times asking the same thing

I bought tickets for the 2022 FIFA WC in Qatar. Although I was being cautious when purchasing resale tickets, I will say this is a legitimate business and really helped me get tickets to ARG v MEX. This was a very popular game that many wanted to attend. Although the prices were expensive , which did make it hesitant for me to buy but was well worth it. I will make one suggestion that I wished they asked what team I was going for in case I sat with the opposing team, which was the case for this game. It was still a great time! Will definitely work with them again for other events. You will need Whatsapp to communicate, highly recommend.
