Order not turned up

Unfortunately 10 days after my order was placed it still hasn't arrived. I've had no email communication. I have phoned and left a message, messaged on Instagram and emailed with no response. Poor customer services.

Perfect for snap cube play.

The item was perfect and will help my 3 year old grandson with his snap cube constructions. He can get very upset when his ‘designs’ collapse so these bases will help keep his structures upright and my nerves intact! Thank you!
