first of all wonderland do not update their stock online. this means what you have ordered is likely not even in stock so you may be waiting a long time for your items. i received a few of my items and after calling the first time i was told the remainder of my order was received and ready to go. after an additional week of waiting without word i called a second time. i was then told that this was not the case and my order had yet to be dispatched due to them having not received it. it seems they have a messy way of doing things and i am not willing to wait longer for my items. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

so my wife ordered a present for me, to add tomy extensive collection..no comms, no delivery, and I had nothing to open xmas morning, well done wonderland, you not only ruined my Christmas, but also my wifes. Oh and thanks for letting us cancel it on 27th December, even tho it had been ordered on 15th AND paid for fast deliver, and not even batting an eyelid. Useless comms, no delivery, rubbish customers service AVOID. Merry christmas

Placed an expensive order at the start of December - even called in advanced to check the delivery before ordering. I was advised it would be delivered the second week in December. On the 20th I was advised (after having to contact them yet again!) that they have no stock until the new year.......this is after being given not 1 but 5 different delivery dates and having had many different conversations with the company....all of which have been because I've had to get in touch with them because I'd not heard anything or had any type of update. I've been left with no Christmas presents. Seems to be a recurring theme with this company from what I've seen on here. They need to do a lot more for their customers and improve the stock levels / keep website up to date. Had they been honest with me right from the start I would have had more time to get something sorted. After not even getting a single update on the delay / stock issue they offered me no help, no alternative and just said I can cancel the order. I have now managed (thankfully!) to arrange an alternative with modelsport who price match and offer free next day delivery. They have been great and I would recommend them instead.

I cannot recommend this web site highly enough.
I ordered a Fairy Castle for my granddaughter's Christmas present. The web site was very easy to use and efficient. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon,paid £6.95 express delivery and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime. I was notified by text earlier in the day confirming the hour that it would arrive within and the name of the driver.
Superbly efficient andit was 23% cheaper than elsewhere!
Marvellous service.

After finding what I wanted on their website I contacted Wonderland Models with a couple of questions before I made my purchase. The staff member called Alex was very knowledgeable and helped me promptly with the info that I needed.
Then placed my order and the parcel arrived the following day.
Really impressed with the service. A big thanks from me.

This vendor has additional requirements for credit card payments that are not usual for online vendors. So they had rejected my credit cards twice yet those cards were accepted multi times by other vendors. This vendor also does not accept payment by PayPal, if they are so concern with security they should do everybody a favor by accepting PayPal payments. For me, I am taking my business to another vendor who is accepting PayPal for theirs and my security and convenience.

I discovered the hard way that Wonderland Models do not update stock availability on their website. After ordering an item and then finding out later that it was out of stock I had to go to another company who thankfully maintain their website stock levels and delivered the items very promptly. I will not be using Wonderland Models again, but will be using Wicked Uncle again. What made me rather cross as well was that when I gave the feedback to the customer services agent that it would be good if Wonderland Models could keep their stock levels up to date I was told that this feedback has been given to management previously and they were not going to do anything about it. That really doesn't seem good enough in this day and age.

Nice layout on Wonderland Models website. Very easy to find what you are looking for, looks of stock and quick delivery! Already placed and got my second order and will be sticking with them as the service I've been shown stays the same. First Class. Shipping reasonable and packaged well. Thank you.

Got some great advice from the Wonderland Models team before I placed my order as I had a couple of questions regarding my potential purchase.
Then placed the order online and it promptly arrived the following day. Very impressed. Will undoutably use these guys again. First classs service.

Just received my order this morning from Wonderland Models after ordering yesterday lunch time. There is speedy delivery and then there is Wonderland's speedy delivery. Very impressed. Will recommend to all my model making friends.

The website does not accurately show stock levels,you could be waiting a long time.I ordered some items previously and paid for Saturday/express delivery only to wait two weeks for the item,I was still charged for the express delivery.Recently I tried to cancel my order for some rc car components..I am worried because i have not received confirmation of this cancellation.Pathetic....I once worked in a badly run model shop and the atmosphere at wonderland has set alarm bells ringing...I sense bankruptcy...avoid at all costs....

Ordered 2 rc cars for christmas. Site said they would arrive in plenty of time. One arrived 29th Dec, after a lot of phoning got second on 8th Feb. Also a bit suspicious that the reviews on their own website have no bad reviews! I wonder if mine might be rejected ? Just because you can order from them don't believe that it really is in stock.

Ordered my models on Thursday 7th January at 2pm and my parcel arrived in Norwich at 11am the next morning. Received an email and text from the courier letting me know the estimated arrival time and hey presto it arrived 5 minutes early. Well packaged as well. Highly recommend. Will use Wonderland Models for all my modelling needs from now on.

I ordered a Model Kit from Wonderland Models on the 4th October 2015, at 20.40. I entered my credit card details and noted that the product would be available on the 10th December. Having not received the item by the 14th Decemember I called to be told that the delivery was late and it would now be arriving on the 17th December, but they would be despatched with haste. I called on the 18th December now to be told that they would not arrive and we would miss the Christmas delivery date (I was told in a very uncaring way that a email had been sent to everyone telling them, which I did not get). I now had no present for Christmas, but decided to keep it on order as it was arriving early January. On the 7th January I get an email (funny this one did get to me) telling me that the credit card they stored had to be repaid due to the time.#

OK I thought, no problem, only to find out they wanted to charge me £3 more for the product I had placed an order for, at the agreed price on the 4th October 2015.

The attitude of the person on the phone was very poor, the manager even worse who from a distance told me to take it or leave it.

The product was a 1/72 Vulcan Kit, my name is Mr M Walter from Northampton, my order number is 423266.

I cannot believe that any company would expect a customer to wait 3 months then decide to increase the price, they should have been sending it with a discount voucher for future purchases as a way of apologizing for missing the Christmas deadline.

The order number is clearly shown, so the owner can see the full details of me and my order.

Not so Wonderland in my eyes, in fact it is the worse on-line shopping experience I have ever had

Ordered two items, one came in first week one didnt. Called store twice, informed order is on its way. Waited over three weeks and still missing item. Website shows items as stocked when not actually. I would not trust and would never order again.

I purchased four items from this company all of which were in stock on site, two turned out to be not available, got billed for the other two. It has been over a month since the initial order, and I still have not received my purchase. Never again!

Ordered some Papo knights to go with a castle we had purchased from a shop locally. The website was easy to use and the prices competitive. Communication was good throughout the order and delivery was fairly quick. Items were very well packaged.

Pleased with this order and would definitely use again.
