I ordered a selection of William Morris wallpaper samples for my upcoming dining room project. They were despatched promptly and were well packaged. Lovely quality paper and beautiful designs. In the end I chose Chamomile which is just perfect for the room.

I still haven’t received my item it was ordered over a week ago

Ordering and receding the order was quick and easy. The only thing was I couldn’t see which delivery company was being used and couldn’t track each item. A beautiful print I’m really happy

Have just received wallpaper and paint samples so far but loved the muted colour ways and am looking forward to redecorating with them

I first found out about Morris & Co at a John Lewis workshop. We were given samples to take away and I found a perfect match for a colour I am looking for. I ordered a tester pot which arrived very quickly with free delivery! I am very impressed with the products and service.

A quick, easy sample despatch service. And, very helpful customer service, when I was figuring out how much wallpaper to buy and which design to choose. Top quality wallpaper that looks gorgeous in my bedroom.

Love the fabric for the made to measure blind, the blind right size and great quality.
Unimpressed 6 weeks delivery against quoted 4 weeks.
Experience with UPS delivery absolutely awful They refused to deliver the blind unless i paid them hefty sum of money. Rude, aggressive and unprofessional and unhelpful

Excellent communication, product arrived on time.
Alas yet again the courier managed to damage box, Despite' Fragile' marked clearly.
The impact forced the clips holding paint tin to break,allowing some paint to leak out.
This in no way is a criticism of Morris &co
But a poor reflection on the delivery services in this country, the lack of any care or respect

I was completely happy with my recent Morris & Co experience. My order was fulfilled, shipped and delivered without any delay and I am very pleased with my purchase.

William Morris and Co are definitely on the luxury end of the market. We were looking for paint for our living room and settled on one of their colours (Outreach) - despite being by far the most expensive paint option we went for it anyway as we loved the colour. When our two pots arrived we were stunned to find the colour wasn’t at all close to the sample we ordered (they don’t do proper samples, just stickers. Given this you would assume those stickers would be accurate!!)

When I say not close I mean not even the same ballpark. What’s worse, we emailed William Morris and Co to explain - honestly just assuming the batches of paint had been mixed up. They replied letting us know our email had been sent to the correct team then crickets. Absolute radio silence, no follow up, no attempt to resolve the issue nothing.

Even the samples are terrible value - and completely useless as you can’t just buy a sample pot of paint! Just save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs and get your paint matched elsewhere!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Morris & Co.

I had intended to order the Campanula wallpaper, but accidentally purchased the fabric version instead. I completely understand that the website labels each item as “Wallpaper” or “Fabric”, but the product pages and images look almost identical apart from that one word — it’s very easy for customers to make this mistake.

I immediately contacted customer service after I received the item, but was told that because the fabric is cut to order and under 5 metres, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Even a credit note or exchange for the correct wallpaper was refused.

While I understand company policy, I feel this is extremely unfair and inflexible, especially given how similar the product listings appear on the website. I wasn’t trying to misuse the system — I just wanted to exchange it for the correct item.

Unfortunately, my follow-up message received no reply, which left me feeling ignored and very disappointed. For a brand with such a long-standing reputation, I expected much better transparency and customer care.

I will only ever purchase this awful wallpaper at the best possible price for any of my ladies (I am a professional decorator) I hate to see wallpaper at this price time and time again of such a terrible quality. I’ve seen reviews about how people love this paper and they’re prepared to overlook the tearing and the creasing and the disintegrating. The only people who like this wallpaper are the ones who pay somebody else to hang it for them . Perhaps my standards are a little bit higher than others as I don’t understand how anybody would find the lack of quality acceptable. I get to hang a lot of quality wallpaper , way more expensive than this. I know quality & i dread this brand.

Inspired by the range and heritage of wallpaper and matching paints. I will be making a purchase as soon as my house is ready!

A selection of samples was ordered for client review. The samples arrived in two days! Client reviewed, selected & we purchased--four days later, all of the rolls of wallpaper we ordered had arrived. Exceptional service and, of course, selection. THANK YOU.

Very prompt delivery on two occassions now.

The fabric was delivered on time but was thrown over the 8 foot high garden wall by the UPS driver who couldn't wait a minute for answer the door and had no way of knowing what was on the other side, damaging the plastic wrapping and tearing some of the fabric. Not a problem with the product itself but for £1400 worth of fabric to be treated like that by the delivery driver means that Morris & Co are using the wrong courier, which is part of their overall service (i.e. there's no choice of courier when checking out and you wouldn't reaosnably expect that sort of conduct).

Bought some beautiful furnishing fabric to make cushions with, quick delivery and efficient service.
