Ze blijven reclame sturen ongevraagd, zowel mail als per post, nogal veel ook. Verzoek gedaan om al mijn persoonsgegevens te verwijderen, wordt niet op gereageerd en niet naar geluisterd. Niet OK

Levering nooit aangekomen. Klantenservice zegt onderzoek gestart te zijn, na contact met PostNL blijkt dit niet waar te zijn.

I think I already reviewed my last…

I think I already reviewed my last purchase.
Trousers good length. Did not fit well around the waistline.
Would have been better if elastic was in the waistband maybe at the side. We all have increased during lockdown. I decided to keep and try and lose some inches.
Top fitted okay material poor quality.
I am 75 years old and have been a customer for some time now

Purchase at Diane von Furstenberg Europe, no dress no refund

More then a week ago I purchased a dress via dvf Europe with express delivery. However the dress did not come, nor with express delivery nor later on. My mail to helpdesk was not answered. So I had to call and it was not easy to get through. A kind lady at the customer service offered her help and refunded for 20e express delivery and promised to find out what happens with my order. It took again quite some time to get the answer. In the mean time I wanted to cancel this order and called this lady a few times. She apologizes all the time bit there is still no dress and no any confirmation of cancellation. Also no reaction on my mails. Customer service is hardly available, it should be open during 9 to 5 EST but it is not the case. In the end this kind lady ( Mikaela) from the customer problem solved the problem. Thanks to her I might buy again bij the webshop of DvF.
