Mantel in Größe M

Mantel in Größe M, grün bestellt. Darauf eine Nachricht bekommen, dass grün nicht verfügbar ist, also in schwarz bestellt. Soweit so gut.
Nach zwei Wochen kam ein Mantel in XL mit billigster Qualität an.
Das Rücksendeformular ist ein Witz, die Adresse allein sprengt jedes Rücksendeformular. Rücksendung kostet ca. 20 EUR und mir ist fraglich ob das Paket ankommt und / oder ich mein Geld jemals wieder bekomme.
Support läuft über fruugo und ist ausweichend und langsam.

Lieber die Finger davon lassen!

Disgusting customer service, clear states on the website counterfeit good are prohibited! Clearly not , received a counterfeit goorin bros cap not even the same color as advertised clearly fake ,so I emailed them ,,,,the is the response "Hello

The hat we sell is not from any brand.
I think you misunderstood. Sorry.

Fake Company!! Part of Fruugo

Fake Company - ordered a regatta waterproof jacket - its a fake with their return policy not existent. Sent emails after emails no response.

Avoid at all costs!! Part of Fruugo which is also difficult to get a straight answer from.

I did not get my package

I did not get my package, and i Can not find out where it is. It is impossible to contact about it. It is over a Month ago i made the order. If i try to follow it at the delivery firm, it just says that its ready for collection, but i have no Idea where
